Camila squeezed her eyes shut as a bright light blinded her vision.

"Lights off." Camila whined pulling a pillow over her head. She groaned when she got no reaction. "Please."

She adjusted her eyes to the bright lights of the room. Lauren was still sleeping soundly beside her.

The small girl giggled when she realized she was in her bed instead of on the couch. The feeling made her nostalgic. Her papa used to carry her to her bed every time she fell asleep on the couch. But those were simpler days.

Camila attempted to stand up, to get a glass of water, but Lauren had a tight grip on her.

"Where are you going?" Lauren panicked.

"I just want to get a glass of water Lo. I'll be right back." Camila kissed Lauren on the temple. The green eyed girl nodded hesitantly.

"Relax princess. I promise you I will not go missing in the 5 seconds it takes to walk down the stairs and into the kitchen." Camila replied sarcastically, earning a chuckle from Lauren.

The green eyed girl waved her off. She was trying not to be over protective of Camila, but she couldn't help it. The panic attack just last night proved her extreme concern for Camila's condition.

Lauren rolled around restlessly in the empty queen sized bed. Camila went downstairs around 10 minutes ago and she wasn't back yet.

The green eyed girl knew she was overthinking. She threw the covers off of her and made her way to the staircase, almost colliding with Ally on the way down.

"Shit sorry." Lauren continued to rush down the stairs, not waiting for a response from the shorter girl.

Lauren hesitated to open the door to the kitchen. She was afraid of what was going to be on the other side? What if camila passed out again? Then how long had she been passed out for? What if she cracked her head on the side of the island when she fell?

The green eyed girl pushed the door open cautiously. She sighed in relief, Camila was sitting on top of the island while Normani was leaning against it beside her.

"Relax Lo, Mani and I were just talking." Camila explained, noting the panicked expression on the taller girl's face.

"Oh, right. Sorry. I just I'm always nervous and worried about you and I can't help it. I really try to not be so overwhelmed by this but I can't help it. I literally can't be away from you without feeling stressed and getting anxiety. I don't mean to be controlling or anything if I am." Lauren rambled. She definitely picked that up from Camila. She ran her hand through her hair nervously.

Lauren suddenly became increasingly insecure. What if Camila thought she was annoying? And Normani too?

"You need to stop overthinking so much Lauren. You and camila should go do something. Maybe we'll all go. I mean cmon we live in LA. There's tons of shit to do here." Normani put her hands out beside her and shrugged her shoulders. "Just a suggestion."

"I was actually thinking of spending the 2 weeks home. I never see sofi. I owe it to her." Camila but her lips nervously. She hadn't told Lauren about her plan.

"Can I talk to you in the room?" Lauren crossed her arms, looking at Camila expectantly.

"Uh yeah." Camila gave Normani an apologetic smile and followed behind Lauren.

"I didn't agree to going home." Lauren argued.

"I'll go alone." Camila tapped her foot impatiently.

"Like hell you will." Lauren fired back.

"I already bought the plane ticket. I seriously need to just spend time with my mom and sofia. It has been a long time since I've spent time with them. I have one plane ticket and I leave tomorrow at 4." Camila stayed with finality.
