Chapter 9

Chapter 9:

Brandon Placed his hand on Callie’s back and started rubbing it. Stef looked through the rear view mirror at Brandon and Callie

“Do you think something is going on between them?” Stef whispered to Lena

“I hope not they know the rules.” Lena whispered back

When they arrived home an hour later Brandon carried Callie to her room. He tried to lay her down but she wouldn’t let him.

“Don’t leave me.” Callie said in a fright

“Do you want to just go down stairs and watch a movie?” Brandon whispered.

“Ya. If you will sit next to me.” Callie whispered back

“Sure, do you want to walk or I carry you?”

“Can you carry me?”

“Sure”

Brandon carried Callie into the living room and set her on the couch and went to sit next to her.

“Brandon can we talk to you?” Lena asked

“Um… Sure?” Brandon replied

“I will be right back.” Brandon whispered to Callie

“What do you need?”

"Brandon is there anything going on between you and Callie?” Stef asked him when he got into the kitchen “She is opening up to you and wanting you to stay with her.”

“There is nothing going on between me and Callie. Would you rather her not open up to anyone and possibly hurt herself.”

“OK. But you know the rules” Lena replied

“May I go now?”

“Sure”

Brandon walked into the living room to see Callie curled up in a ball and silently crying.

“Callie what’s wrong?” Brandon asked as he sat down next to her and put his arm around her

Callie handed him her phone

“Oh no.”

I will email this to Stef, Lena, and Bill if Callie doesn’t get back together with me.

It was a picture of their kiss.

“Oh God.” Brandon whispered

“I have to get back together with Liam or we will get kicked out.”

“NO YOU CAN’T DO THAT! THAT MONSTER DID THIS TO YOU!” Brandon said louder than he wanted.

“What’s going on in here?” Lena said as she and Stef walked in the room

“Callie we have to show them the picture he sent you. It will prove that he is following you.” Brandon whispered in Callie’s ear.

“No I will get kicked out!” Callie whispered

“I will make sure you don’t.”

“Here” Callie said giving her phone to Lena.

“WAIT YOU KISSED!” Stef yelled as she say the post

“Don’t kick us out Jude loves it here!” Callie says in a sob as she put her head in Brandon’s chest and starts sobbing

“Don’t kick her out it was my fault. I kissed her!” Brandon said in a rush

“Callie what’s going on?” Jude says as he comes down the stairs. “CALLIE! WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HER TO MAKE HER CRY! MY SISTER NEVER CRIES!”

“Jude we need to talk to Brandon and your sister for a minute.”  Lena said

“I am not leaving her alone.” Jude says putting his arm around Callie protectively.

“Jude I am here.” Brandon says reassuring Jude

“Ok.” Jude says finally and goes upstairs

“Brandon you know the rules, you will either not be able to be in a relationship or we send them away.”

“Look, I love her and I want to be with her. About this forbidden love thing, I thought you would understand feelings.”

“If you want to be together we have to send her away.”

“YOU CAN’T SEND US AWAY! I LOVE IT HERE!” Callie screamed then ran upstairs crying

“MOM!” Brandon said than ran after Callie

Brandon walked to the bathroom where he saw Callie go. The he heard Callie throwing up.

“Cals are you ok” Brandon asked knocking at the door. No answer

“Callie I am coming in.” Brandon said as he walked in and went straight over to Callie. He held her hair up and rubbed her back as Callie threw up. When Callie was finished she fell on the floor into Brandon’s arms.

“Are you ok?”

“I think I am pregnant.” Callie whispered

“What?”

“Well, Wyatt kinda forced me to have sex with him and told me not to tell, I guess he didn’t use protection.”

“Oh I will kill him.”

“All the symptoms lineup the throwing up, mood swings. What if I am pregnant?”

“Then I will be with you all the way.”

“Thank you Brandon, I love you.”

“Let’s go tell moms.”

“OK”

Brandon and Callie walked downstairs.

“Lena, Stef can I talk to you.” Callie asked

“OK”

“OK, here this goes I think I am pregnant.”

Lena and Stef looked at each other.

“Brandon! You said nothing was going on.” Stef said

“Mom it wouldn’t be mine. Wyatt raped her.”

 “Oh Callie I am so sorry!” Lena said

“She is not going anywhere. I won’t let her” Brandon stated

Stef looked at Lena

“OK.” Stef said at last

“We will set up an appointment with our doctor to find out.” Lena said

“Can Brandon come?”

“Sure.” Lena replied
