Chapter 16

-Your POV-

I sent Romeo to Natsu's house since I was going to Lucy's. I grabbed the bag I packed and headed there. I was gonna leave with Levy but she left before me. She said Lucy needed help with something and I wasn't ready at the time.

Since it was November, it was starting to get cold outside. So I wore a grey sweater, jeans, grey boots, and a pink scarf. Nothing too fancy, just something to keep me warm. I soon found myself walking up to Lucy's front door. Before I got a chance to knock, I was greeted by Erza.

"Hey (Y/n)." She smiled and let me in.

"Hi Erza," I smiled back. "Is everyone in Lucy's room?"

She nodded. "Come on, I'll take you." Erza led me through the house, and we soon were welcomed by everyone.

We joked around and laughed for a while. We watched some movies and eventually we all were in our pajamas. Lucy got a text that apparently gave her and idea. "Hey guys, wanna play truth or dare?"

"Come on Lucy, thats so cliché." Levy rolled her eyes.

"What? Are you scareddd~" I teased. "Im in." Everyone else agreed to it too.

"Alright, Erza. Truth? Or dare." Mira smirked at her best friend.

"Dare." She smirked back. They were both super competitive and neither one was backing down.

"I dare you to send Jellal a picture of you wearing his shirt." Mira's smirk grew.

"Thats it? Easy." Erza stood up to take a picture in the bathroom mirror. But Mira stopped her.

"You didn't let me finish. Just his shirt." Mira's smirk stayed while Erza's fell for a second. She didn't want to lose so she tried to hide that she was scared and did it anyways. She took the picture and came back in the room with her cheeks matching her hair. She handed her phone to Mira and we watched as she sent the picture.

She cleared her throat. "Okay, my turn. Lucy. Truth? Or dare."

"Truth." She hid behind her pillow, obvious too scared to say dare.

Erza's smirk returned. "Alright Lucy, tell us honestly. Do you and Loke have something going on?"

-Loke's POV-

The girls were actually pretty boring. Romeo started asking questions so we told him the whole story. Surprisingly he didn't seem to care that Natsu had a huge crush on his older sister. After a few hours we all got bored, so I texted Lucy to remind her about the plan. And thats where things got interesting.

Mira made Erza send Jellal a picture that would probably make his nose bleed. And then Erza asked Lucy a question that made my breathing almost stop.

'Alright Lucy, tell us honestly. Do you and Loke have something going on?"

I hung on to every word said. I swear you could hear a pin drop in the room. Im guessing with everything that was going on, they forgot we were listening through the phone call.

-Lucy's POV-

Why. Why. Why. Like she could've asked me anything, but of course she was going to. I felt everyone's eyes on me as my face heated up.

"W-Well... I mean... its umm..." I stuttered a lot, I was at a loss for words.

"Do you like him~?" Mira cooed.

"Y-Yeah..?" I basically whispered and said it more like a question than an answer. Which I got a ton of smirks and cheers, and 'aww's or 'thats so cute!' in response.

"So why don't you ask him out?" Levy asked.

"I-I-I can't do that!!" I swear, my cheeks were hotter than the sun.

"Why not? I mean you like him, right? So whats the big deal?" Damn you (Y/n) and your innocent eyes. She decided to join in with everyone else.

"Well yeah I like him... But its not that easy!!" I defended.

"Sure it is! You just have to be confident." She smiled. "And we can tell he likes you too, have you seen the way he looks at you? Its adorable."

"We-Well what about you, huh?" I said crossing my arms.

"Eh?? What about me?" (Y/n) asked. This had just become a conversation between the two of us, everyone else fell silent and just listened.

"You know exactly what Im talking about." I smirked, my pale skin tone starting to return to my cheeks. "Natsu."

-Your POV-

Now it was my turn for my cheeks to look like apples. "N-Natsu? What a-about him..." Damn my nervousness and stuttering.

"Don't play dumb (Y/n), we all know you and Natsu totally have a thing going on but you're both too scared to admit it." Her smirk stayed, I wish I could get out of this some how....

"N-No we dont...!" I tried to sound confident, but I failed miserably.

"So, you dont like him?" Levy asked, daring to join the conversation.

"I-I didn't say that..." I sounded sheepish and shy and small. I was embarrassed!!

"I think you do like him. And he definitely likes you." Lucy said confidently.

"Re-really..?"

"Duh! I mean, for one, he asked you to cheer him on at his game after knowing you for like ten minutes. Two, he asked to hang out with you when he was upset. Three, you two go on bowling dates every Wednesday. Four, he let you wear his shirt after he spilled something on it. Five, you two were cuddling in his basement. Do I need to continue?"

By now my face was at the point of no return of looking normal. "N-No..." I didn't dare look any of them in the eyes.

"Soo...?" Levy asked, and they all leaned in close.

"Okay okay fine! ....maybe I like kinda like him... a little bit...." I said quietly. They were all silent until I looked up.

"I KNEW IT!!" Lucy and Levy yelled, both hugging me in the process. Why do I feel like I was going to regret telling them that...

-Natsu's POV-

She said it... She actually said it. I couldn't meet Loke's stare that I know he has. Of course when Lucy confessed I teased him about it, but now it was his turn.

"I. Told. You. So. I told you so, I told you so~" He started singing.

"Sh-Shut up!" I looked away so he wouldn't see my pink tinted cheeks.

"So Pinky, whats the plan now? How are you gonna ask her out~?" I knew he had that stupid smirk on his face, I didn't even have to look.

I sighed and looked down at my hands. "I.... I dont know. How are you gonna ask Lucy?"

He shrugged his shoulders and scratched the back of his head. "Im not sure, but hey, there's that dance coming up soon so I figure that's a good place to start, right?"

"Loke that's it!! You're a genius!!" Thats my plan now. The dance, its perfect. Now I just have to get her to say yes...
