Chapter 10

-Your POV-

God Studying is do boring. I saw Natsu start to drift to sleep and I'll admit, it was kinda cute how tired he was even though we didn't do much. But I don't like him like that, right? Right.

I started thinking about how the other girls would have reacted if they heard me say that, it would've been all hell. They would never let something like that go. Then my mind roamed to Lucy and Loke. And thats when the idea hit me.

"Hey Natsu, I have an idea..." Almost instantly he sat up and looked at me with excitement and curiosity. He was like a little kid sometimes, not that I minded. "You know how Lucy and Loke like each other, right?"

"Duh, everyone knows that. Whats your point?"

"Wanna help me get them together?" I said with a smirk tugging at my cheeks. Natsu had the same one across his.

"Whats the plan?"

"I was thinking we could trick them into going on a date together."

"How do we do that?"

"Easy, you ask Loke to hang out with you at the movies and I'll do the same with Lucy. Then we get them to sit next to each other and bam! They'll start dating."

"Do you really think that'll work?"

"Of course I do! Why? Do you think its a bad idea?"

"No no no no!! Its not that, I've just never done anything like this before, its kinda Mira's expertise. So when do you wanna do this?"

"This weekend? Or actually if we do it on Tuesday then its five dollar movie night so we should do it then."

"Perfect, but what movie could we get Loke and Lucy to watch that'll also make them all gross romatic-y?"

"We could try a scary movie? I'll take the harder job and convince Lucy, you just worry about Loke. Sound good?" He only nodded, I could tell he was tired. It was pretty late and we had school tomorrow anyways.

"Hey Natsu?" He hummed in response. His eyes were closed and he was laying back down on his bed. "Its getting late so I think Im gonna head home, okay?"

I got up off his bed and was about to go to his door when he grabbed my wrist. Again. He sure does like to do that doesn't he? "No (Y/n)... you can't... walk home." He said while struggling to stay awake. "I'll dr...ive you... home." Natsu tried to stand up but wobbled a lot.

"Natsu," I gently pushed him back on to his bed, "you can't drive like this, you'll end up crashing or something. I can walk, I'll be fine."

"But (Y/n), what if... something hap...pens? He was almost asleep but I could tell he was trying to fight it.

"Nothings gonna happen, I promise. Now go to sleep, you're tired." And again I attempted to go to the door, and once again I was stopped.

"Wait." I turned to face Natsu once more. "Take my car, I don't... want you walking... alone by yourself." He managed to say sleepily while tossing me the car keys.

"Are you sure..?"

"Mhmmm, but... if you... scratch my car... I'll kill you..."

I rolled my eyes and laughed, "Good night Natsu." Then I left, and guess what? I made it home alive and without scratching his precious car too.

I walked in the house only to be greeted by Romeo. "Woah! Who's car is that??"

"It's Natsu's, he let me take it home because he didn't want me walking alone in the dark." I shrugged my shoulders and went upstairs. "Don't stay up too late Romeo!" I yelled down to him.
