Chapter 22

Getting ready for dinner

I can't wait for this nice night with my best friend.We are gonna be dressed all nice with our hair done and make-up.

Ryan took a quick shower after laying  out what she's gonna wear on her bed.When she finished,she got dressed and put some deodorant in to freshen up and a little perfume,then she put in her make-up,shoes,and jewelry and put some red lipstick on before texting Kelly to see if she's ready to get picked up.

I can't wait to see where Ryan's taking me out to eat!🤑
 
I already washed,now I need to hurry up and get dressed and put my make-up on and shoes and do my hair.

Kelly put her makeup on and sprayed some perfume in after putting on some more deodorant.

After brushing and combing my hair,i heard my phone make that ding sound whenever somebody texts me. I checked my phone and saw the text from Ryan.

My phone read,"r u ready?"

Kelly texted back, "yes, I am."

Ryan-"Ok. I'm on my way to get u."

Kelly-"Ok. Can't wait😊"

Kelly then put straightened her hair before putting her shoes on and getting her clutch and phone.

*Hears a knock at the door*

Kelly went downstairs and looked through the peephole before letting Ryan in.She saw that it was Ryan and let her in.

After letting her in, they both commented each other's clothes,because they were both looking cute.

Ryan-"Where's your parents?"

Kelly-"They went out-of-town to Cancun,Mexico for 2 weeks, so I have the house all to myself,but with of course my siblings."

Ryan-" oh. I bet they're having lots of fun."

Kelly and Ryan went outside to the car, so they can go eat dinner. They hopped in and drove off.While they were in the car,Ryan turned on the radio and hooked her auxillary cord to her phone and the radio so they can listen to music off her phone instead.

When they finally got there,Kelly was so excited about where Ryan took her,because it was her favorite restaurant,Applebee's.

Ryan-*giggles* I can see that you're really happy.

Kelly-"Well yeah! You drove me to my favorite restaurant!"

Ryan laughed again and got out the car with Kelly.They walked up to the restaurant and went inside.There was a lot of people inside eating but there was one more table left,so they went to it and sat down and looked through the menus.The waiter came and he was tall,tanned,brown hair, and buff with blue eyes.

He asked Kelly what she wanted and she said, "Can I get the fiesta chicken chopped salad with a coke and for my  appetizer can I get the mozzarella sticks?" Then he asked Ryan and she said,"Can I get the grilled chicken wonton tacos with a sprite and for my appetizer can I get boneless BBQ wings?"

The boy said "Ok" and walked off after writing down their orders.

When the food came,they moved the plates over from the appetizers and carefully sat their food down while he took up the plates from the appetizers and another waiter came with their drinks.

After eating ALL the delicious food, they payed and left the restaurant to go home.As they got in the car, Kelly thanked Ryan and went back to listening to music.
