As you might have read in the description, Blue Bird is being written before the Fourth Great Ninja War. So at this time, Sasuke is still with Orochimaru, Naruto is back in the village after his training with Jiraiya.
We are not going to be sticking to official Naruto plot. It will take some time to get into the story.
