I hide behind a wall of fear,
And if you're smart you won't come near.
I have some friends who can break it down,
As anyone else would make me frown.

The last thing from my mind is lying around and getting a tan.

And believe me, I've fought.
I've fought against them for so long,
But now I know nothing.
I cannot do anything,
At least not when I am alone.
When I'm alone,
I fall apart.
My mind returns to it's familiar dark place,
And all I'm left with is an empty space.
