Chapter 3 : black box

After 3 hours with my amazing crush we had fallen asleep and my Dad had waken us up to tell him he might have to stay due to the weather so he should call his parents and let them know.

 

I was up in my room changing into some sweats and a blue tank top. I kept my hair down but I put on a blue necklace so I don't look so boring. Yes, I was lazy and crush or no crush I was going to be comfortable. That and my good but jeans were causing cramps.

 

I grabbed my phone and computer and put them both on the charger while I heard a knock.

 

"Kansas?” I heard my Dads deep voice call from the once closed but now open door.

 

"Yes?"

 

"You wouldn't do anything with a boy I mean at least not yet would you?”

 

We just looked at each other then I laughed

 

"Dad, don't he knows his boundaries and so do I"

 

"Okay well I’ll be in the basement if you need me"

 

"I'll be fine dad"

 

"Okay I'm leaving"

 

He chuckled as he left my room but, didn't close the door.

 

I was about to close the door when an unknown figure pop in the door way and made me scream "Gosh!"

 

Dylan laughed as he walked the remaining steps into my room “did I scare you?"

 

"No, I scream for fun" I said back sarcastically

 

"You should get that checked out he says back as he pats my head

 

I shove him to the side as I crack my door so it's not open but it's not closed either.

 

"What are we going to do" he says slumping down on my couch in my room

 

"We'll young grasshopper that's all up to you" I pick up my phone 10 texts from Azul I guess she wanted to know about the date.

 

"I am 16 and I am a junior "he said back confidently

 

"I thought you were a shop more" he's in my biology class. Mann, I always like the older ones

 

"No, I had to re take the class because I never really passed it my freshman year" he rubbed his shoulder as his voice got lower with every word.

 

"OH...cools" I said back unsure of what to say "well at least you'll really know the information and in the future you'll have more to reference"

 

"I guess I will" I think he expected me to look ashamed or say something rude to him but, I wasn't I mean it wasn't my place to judge.
