Days, months and years had passed since my dad had past I was officially and adult. A young adult ready to finish my senior year and go to college, I knew that's what my dad would want.I finished moving some boxes in but my dad's room. which had remained un touched, I kept it that way and I just couldn't let anyone go in there.
The doorbell wrong "coming" I yelled racing towards the door. I opened it and looked outside to see Dylan standing with boxes in his hands.
"Oh, thanks here let me get one" I grabbed the little box and started walking upstairs to Dylan's room.
We finished moving boxes in and then we stared their looking and all the boxes around the house.
"Can you believe it?"
"I know we finally can live together"
"When did Azul and Tune say they were coming?"
"At about right now"
The doorbell rang and Dylan opened it smiling "come on in"
Azul screamed as she made her way over to me hugging me "I can't believe we get to live together!"
I laughed " me either"
So I was keeping my room, Dylan had the one next to me, Azul had the one a few doors down from Dylan and then Tune was having the one next to my dad's room.
This was going to be the best friend experience ever especially since we could pretty much do anything I want. My mom hadn't bothered to contact me; last I heard she was in New York with some new boyfriend she had snagged. Dylan's mom was also seeing a guy and he was nice, every since his dad moved back to his home in Texas there had been no problems. Dylan finally approved of someone his mom was actually dating and didn't have a problem with it. Dylan and I were still in a good phase nothing major had happened and Azul was good too. It was going to be a good year living together.

"Still can't believe were all living together" Tune said enthusiastically
"Well I'm beat I'm going to go take a nap..." Dylan said getting up and hand shaking Tune as he got up and made his way to the stairs "Have fun un packing"
Azul looked at me as soon as he went up the stairs "what wrong with Dylan he seems mad?"
"Yeah he's been like that all day for some reason" I shook my head and stood up "I'm going to go see what's up with him
I Walked up to his room and knocked on the door.
the door was cracked and i heard loud talking.
"atleast let me think about it" Dylan said annoyed. i could barely hear the other voice but they sounded anrgy to,maybe it was his mom.
I opened the door and it made an squeeky noise,he looked up and spoke into his phone "ill talk to you later" he paused "okay bye"
he placed his phone on the table and sat down on the bed rubbing his hands through his hair.
"Dylan whats going on?"
"nothing" he said laying back
"youve been acting weird today" i played with his stomach, i knew he wasnt ticklish but it was fun
"please" he said moving my hand"its nothing i just wanna think"
"can I sit here while you think?" he just looked at me and layed back down.
"i guess not" i slowly got up and made my way to the door
"close it all the way" he said as made my way out
"i will' i made my way back down to the kitchen and sat across from Azul
"he's just tired"
