CHICKEN PAKODA RECIPE

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken- 1 kg (boneless pieces)
Gram flour- 1 tbsp
Corn flour- 1 tbsp
Egg- 1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil- for frying

STEPS:

STEP 1: Firstly, take a bowl,add boneless chicken pieces into it.

STEP 2 : Add salt into it as per your taste, and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and coriander powder into it.Mix all the ingredients well.

STEP 3 : Add gram flour and corn flour into it and mix it well.

STEP 4: Add egg white into it.
Mix the whole mixture well, rest aside and marinate it for 5-10 minutes.

STEP 5: In a pan add oil and heat it.
Add the chicken pieces into the oil and deep fry them until they turn golden red on medium flame for 12 minutes.

STEP 6: Stir the chicken pieces up and down while frying.Remove the fried chicken pieces from oil.Place a tissue paper on a plate and serve the chicken pieces on them.Serve them hot.

                   COOKING TIPS

Peel and cut onion into two halves and soak in a bowl of water for 15 minutes before chopping them. This will save you from burning eyes and running tears.
