Potatoes - 2 large (chopped finely)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to tasteFor Seasoning
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry LeavesSTEPS:
STEP 1: Wash the potatoes very well in water and chop it into very fine pieces.
STEP 2: In a pan, add oil . When it becomes hot, add mustard seeds. Once it splutters ,add curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
STEP 3: Add chopped potatoes, turmeric powder and red chili powder along with required salt. Mix them well.
STEP 4: Cook this on medium heat. It will take around 15 mins.
STEP 5: Saute it until the potatoes cooked well and turn to lightly crispy texture. Turn off the heat.
STEP 6: Potato fry is ready. Serve with rice and any vegetable curry as a side dish.
