Cooking Time: 30 minutesINGREDIENTS:
Macaroni - 1 cup
Onions- 2 finely chopped
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green Capsicum - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
Chill powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Spring onions (optional) - few (chopped)
Salt - as needed
Oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - for garnishingSTEPS:
STEP 1: Boil enough water in a deep non-stick pan, add macaroni, salt and few drops of oil. Cook till macaroni is cooked which will take approximately 10 minutes.
STEP 2: Drain the water and keep the macaroni aside.
STEP 3: Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
STEP 4: Then add the chopped onions and green capsicum and saute it on a medium flame for 2 minutes.Add the chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and pepper powder. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Saute it till tomato becomes mushy.
STEP 5: Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, and few chopped spring onions. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
STEP 6: Then add the boiled pasta, mix it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while tossing occasionally.Garnish it with coriander leaves.
STEP 7: Serve hot.

TIPS FOR GRAVIES
Always use ghee or vanaspathi with or instead of oil, which gives a good flavour to the gravy. If oil alone is used, it does not get separated easily from the ground mixture, as ghee separates from it.
