Maine got back from the States a few days ago. It was one of the wishes of her overly sick grandmother, to spend more time with her. Kaya naman nagdesisyon siya na bumalik sa Pilipinas at magstay sa bahay nila sa Bulacan to take care of her grandmother. Though she was born here in the Philippines, her whole family migrated to the States when she was two and since then, ngayon lang siya babalik sa Pinas. She's already on her first term in college when she decided to go back to the Philippines kaya naman pagdating niya, she enrolled at one of the prestigious schools in the country. There, she met Riza.
Riza helped her a lot in terms of adjusting.
After school, they went to Riza's house to hangout. Good thing she brought her car with her, mas madaling umuwi.
Pagpasok sa bahay, she saw pictures hanging on the wall, others were displayed too. Hinawakan niya yung isang picture frame, the one with her parents and two guys who she assume her brothers. But she asked anyway.
"Riza, are these your brothers?" She asked her as she was holding the picture frame. The guy on the left looks really familiar to her but she can't recall who. But he's cute, she just told herself.
"That's my brother, RJ."
"Siya yung panganay niyo?"
"Nope. Kuya RD's our eldest, the one on the right. Sunod si Kuya RJ. Then me."
"Both our parents' names start with R din eh. Richard and Rosario." She fixed the pillows on all the couches and turne to Maine. "Tara na sa taas?"
Before she followed Riza upstairs, she gave one more lingering look at the guy on the left. He has the cutest dimples, she mumbled to herself as she started walking.

She became very close to Riza and met her parents too. They treated her as family when they knew that she only lives with her grandmother, a nursing aid and her yaya. Maine definitely misses her family and it's a good thing that the Faulkersons treat her as one.
She already met RD, the eldest brother and he was really timid and shy. Sobrang tahimik lang and he prefers to be alone at most times. She also met Riza's cousin, Ate April, who was equally nice to her as well. And little Angel too. Sobrang cute ng bagets. Lola Linda, Riza's lola, is somehow like her grandmother that's why she got along with her too.
Kaya tinawagan na niya yung yaya niya to inform them that she would be staying at a friend's house. Her yaya informed her grandmother and she said okay.
"Riza, nasaan pala yung parents mo?" She asked her.
Her eyes widened upon hearing what she said. "Resort? Ang bigatin naman nung kuya mo."
"Naku, kuripot naman kasi yon kaya madaling nakaipon."
