After graduation I was aggravated and didn't want to be bothered. I was so upset that I did all that bragging and didn't even get in.
"How your feeling today?" I stayed looking at my nails as the lady painted them.
"I'm good." I shrugged. I felt Tiana watching me the whole time. She wanted to get me out the house and get me happy again.
"Not to late to apply for another school."
"I don't know where I want to go." I looked over at her.
"I will be in New Orleans for 3 months, because I'm attending that modeling school.
"Why would you choose a school in New Orleans ,when we stay in New York. New York all about fashion."
"I do 2 years next year at a fashion school here. It was the company I wanna work for idea to attend 2 other colleges in different parts of the United States."
"Why not Cali?"
"Why you don't want me to go to New Orleans?"
"I don't think New Orleans the perfect place for it." I shrugged.
"Is it because you want to go to LSU?"
"Hell no! 4 years with Odell? That's all the way dead."
"He lives next door what's the difference? Plus LSU a big college you won't see him." I bit my lip and rolled my eyes.
"Whatever." Tiana phone started to ring. She picked it up smiling.
"Hey." I turned my head trying not to be in her business. "you ready? Ok cool." Ready for what?
"Your finish ma'am" I looked at the lady in front me and nodded.
"Thank you."
"Let's get going kid." How ironic the phone call asking if she's ready and the lady doing my nails finish.
"I didn't dry my nails yet though."
"Use the air in the car we gotta go." She yanked me out the nail salon like I was some bad ass child.
"Say T I'm grown now can't do that kind of shit."
"Whatever." She open my door for me and closed it as I got in.
"Where are we going?" I asked Tiana.
"Finna run by Heath right quick she need our help moving something in the backyard."
"But my nails gonna get messed up." I started blowing my nails.
"You'll be fine."

"What are we getting exactly." I jumped out the car still blowing my nails.
"I don't know some stuff she wants. Hey go throw on your bathing suit."
"Why?" I looked back at her confused.
"Just do what I say." I rolled my eyes and went inside to put on my bathing suit. Moving things in my bathing suit?
Tiana POV.
"Ight she going upstairs now." Heather was on the phone the whole time I was telling Ari to change.
"Ok I just told everyone they can pull up now." I nodded and looked behind me seeing cars pulling up. Damn she work fast.
"Can she see in her room?"
"No Trell covered everything." I smiled seeing family and friends walking towards me.
"Hey guys." I kissed everyone.
"Get everyone to the backyard Tiana." I nodded like she could see me.
