Chapter 89

  Today is the day I leave my home and start a new life. I stayed up all night because I was afraid if I sleep time would go faster. Steve stayed on the phone with me all night as I packed and organized everything. He wasn't able to come sleep over so he stayed on the phone with me all night.

"Hey Pimp." I looked up at Trell. I'm sitting on my floor staring at my wall that use to have many pictures of me and Steve.

"Wassup." I said not even above a whisper.

"Still sad to leave your boo?" A tear fell down my cheek. "Don't cry shortie it's gonna be ok." Trell sat next to me and rubbed my back. Heather walked in with a big smile.

"Ari I have a guest here for you." I wiped my eyes and looked up at her.

"Who?"

"WHATS UP SISTA!" Rece comes running in screaming.

"Omggg!" I stood up hugging her so tight. "How are you?!" I smiled.

"I'm good baby you look great." Rece smiled holding my hand.

"Thank you so do you like damn Rece that ass." I laughed and smiled.

"Thank you girl thank you." We smiled at each other holding hands.

"Rece is not the only surprise." I looked at Heather confusedly.

"What are you talking about?" I giggled and looked at Rece she was just smiling and nodding.

"Ana bring your ass!" Rece screamed.

"Ana?" I covered my mouth holding back tears. Ana was my first ever real friend.

"Wassup Ri Ri!" She ran up to me and hugged me tightly.

"I missed you so much Bitch. I can't believe this is real." I cried in her arms. Literally been my best friend since kindergarten. We met Rece in the 6th grade.

"I miss you more baby." We let go of each other and just smiled.

"Wow." I laughed and smiled. I held both Rece's and Ana's hand as I looked at both of them. "So why are y'all here?" I laughed awkwardly.

"That's the other surprise." Ana smiled.

"We was suppose to be here for the going away party, but we had so much to do to get ready for school." I nodded and looked at Ana seeing she was getting ready to speak.

"But to get straight to the point we're attending LSU with YOU!" My stomach dropped.

"You serious?!" I smiled so big tears came back. "You don't understand how much I need this." I was gonna be lonely without my boyfriend since my relationship with my friends kinda been sour.

"It's going to be great." Rece hugged me.

"The gang is back!" Ana screamed.

RING

"That's the doorbell, I'll get it."Heather smiled and ran off.

"Heath had me clean my man cave for y'all and y'all didn't even show." Trell glared at the girls.

"You had to clean anyway you guys are leaving with me." I smirked.

"Oh about that ...."

"What?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Ari." I looked back at Heather. "Odell is downstairs." I gave my friend a fake smile and excused myself.

  Walking downstairs my mind was racing. Is Health not coming with me? Looking around the house I realized it's not fully packed up. I walked into the kitchen seeing the back of Odell. His hair was so neatly together I never seen his hair so neat. His tattoos was looking great and I seen that he added more. "Hey." I said lowly.

Odell turned to look at me and his face broke into a smile. "Hey Ari." He came closer and wrapped his arms around me. His big body was over my little frame. I hugged him back and took in his scent. The smell was so very familiar like the cologne I bought him when we made two months. I use to be such a dork for him.

I let go and rolled my eyes trying to erase the old memories away. "I came over to see if you needed help going to the airport?"

"No I'm good, thank you ."

"Your wonderful boyfriend coming to help you?" He sat on a stool in my kitchen with his arms crossed.

"Yeah and I have Health and them." He looked behind me and raised his eyebrows.

"Holy shit RiRi." I rolled my eyes hearing Ana voice behind me. "That's your bae? He's fucking fine."

"Is." Rece agreed.

"Nice to meet you ladies I'm Odell." He extended his arm out to them and I pushed it down.

"Ana, Rece. Meet my aggravating neighbor Odell."

"Why you didn't been tell us neighbors look like this in New York." I rolled my eyes at Rece flirty comments. Odell stared at me and smirked.

"Me and Ari are old buds from school. She's like my little sister." He rubbed my head like I was a dog. Little sister?

"Little sister that you banged." I whispered and rolled my eyes. "I'm going upstairs and wait for my boyfriend." I left not really wanting to be bothered with Odell's shit.

  As I made my way upstairs I heard Heath and Trell whisper. "Trell it's not the time you saw how she was when she found out she had to leave Steven."

"You sound dumb as hell. Ari leaves in like 3 hours she need to know fucking now. She's a big girl she'll get over it."

"I said NO!" Heather yelled aggressively.

"You've guys been doing this whispering shit for some time now. What is going on?" I barged in the room making Heath stare at me in shock.

"About fucking time." Trell said rolling his eyes and sitting down. "Heather tell Arianna." I looked at Heath as she play with her hands.

"Tell me Heather."

"I'm not coming to New Orleans with you..."

"Why not?" She was about to talk but Odell Ugly ass barge in. Why he keep doing aggravating shit.

"ARIANNA ITS YOUR BROTHER!" I turned and watched Odell walk in turning on the television. My daddy got a smart kid that's on television, good job daddy.

"Fox News a 16 year old boy shot and killed in the Westport projects. Boy is now identified as D-*." I started wheezing knowing it was Dario.
Flashback
"He's always In trouble." Dario said as I stared at my brother.
"I stay in Westport projects trouble finds me." Dario smiled. He's so precious and loving. He held on to me like I was a soul he needed in his life.
"I'll get you out of there. I promise." I kissed his cheek."
Flashback over

I love you Ari ranged in my head his little voice. "Heath.... Heath." I called in between breathes. I couldn't control my heart and body I kept wheezing. Heather kept saying to breathe but I couldn't. The room became blurry I remember seeing Odell pulling on me to open my eyes asking if I'm okay. Next thing I know I'm out.
