Zander's POV
******
Bria got Mason's address off Linzi's co worker and told me to drive over there and see if Linzi went over there by any chance. I slowed down looking at the street signs and made sure I was in the right place. I didn't like this area we were in either and I prayed to God my daughter wasn't here either!
''What was the street name again?" I asked.
''349 Merritt Street. Shaylee said it's on your left. There it is!'' I stopped the car, getting out and locked the doors before Bria could get out.
''Zander?! Open the door!''
''No, I don't trust this area and I don't want you going there by yourself. Stay inside the car, keep the doors locked and answer your phone if anyone calls.'' I unlocked the door and got out, looking around. This definitely wasn't a kid friendly neighborhood. Abandoned houses with broken windows, vacant buildings, you name it. It was pure squalor.
I walked over to the beat up house that was in need of a new siding and paint job and knocked on the screen door, which basically fell off the hinges. The main door opened up and I was face to face with Linzi's ex Mason.
''What are you doing here?" He asked standing in the doorway, glaring at me.
I put aside all my fear and bit down on my lip. ''Where's my daughter?!" I asked through gritted teeth.
''Oh, the test tube baby you and that freak of your girlfriend had?" He smirked.
I controlled myself from punching him square in the face and let out a deep breath. ''Yes, my daughter. Where. Is. She?"
''Linzi has her, but I'm not going to tell you.''
Just then I saw Linzi walking in the background, but there was no baby in her arms. I tried to push myself through the door, but Mason kept pushing me backwards.
''LINZI! YOU TELL ME WHERE MY FUCKING DAUGHTER IS! GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY WAY! I'LL KILL THAT MOTHERFUCKER!!" I got enough strength and pushed Mason aside, running after Linzi.
Next thing I knew was I heard a gunshot and I dropped to my knees, falling over. My breathing became labored and my surroundings were becoming fuzzy. The last thing I heard was yelling and someone screaming my name. After that everything became pitch black.

Bria's POV
As soon as I heard a gunshot, I automatically unlocked the doors and jumped out running over to the house Zander went into. I gasped and then let out a blood curdling scream when I saw both Zander and Linzi laying on the floor. Blood all over the floor.
I pulled out my phone and quickly dialed 9-1-1 and told them I needed paramedics to be here very quickly. I rushed over to Zander's side and pushed some of his hair out of his eyes. I kept my hand on his cheek, crying, as I stared down at him.
This is all my fault! If I would've shut up and let Zander have his moment we would not be in this position! Madison's missing, Zander's hurt and so is Linzi! They could lose their lives and it would be my fault!
Two ambulances arrived at the house, placing both Zander and Linzi on stretchers and loaded them into the back. I got back in the car and quickly followed them to the hospital and pulled into the parking lot once we arrived. They rushed them back and ordered me to stay in the waiting room until a doctor showed up.
I took my phone out and dialed Audrey, knowing my parents were still with her. The phone rang about four times until she answered it.
''Hello? Bria?! Did you-''
''-get to the hospital! Zander and Linzi got shot!'' I cried.
''WHAT?! WE'RE ON OUR WAY!"
I sat down in one of the chairs and prayed for some sort of miracle to happen. I can't lose Zander, not now. We've been through so much over these past years and if I lost him, I don't think I could go on living. I know Linzi and I never had a true friendship, but I would never wish this upon her no matter how many times she's done me wrong.
''BRIA!'' I turned around and saw Zander's parents and mine running in through the doors. I stood up and quickly embraced her as I cried into her shoulder.
''Z-Z-Zander, Audrey!'' I couldn't even talk without messing up my words.
''Shh, he's going to be okay. I promise.''
I pulled back and was pulled into my mother's arms, once again crying into her shoulder. I pulled back and stared at her. I could literally feel my eyeliner staining my cheeks as my tears fell.
''Did you guys hear anything about Madison?"
''No, the last thing we heard was that the guys and the police where looking for her. We haven't heard-''
''BRIA!'' I looked past my mom and saw Andy and Ashley running in with Madison in Andy's arms. I ran over to them, quickly taking Madison in my own arms and hugged her tightly.
''Where?! How?! When?!" I cried, keeping her close.
''We were everywhere! We stopped in local places showing people Madison's picture and we stopped at the bus station. Ashley and I walked in and there she was, sitting on a bench by herself. I called Audrey and told her and she said I had to get down here, quick too.''
''It's all my fault! Everyone's getting hurt and it's all my fault because I fucked up!"
''How?'' My mom asked.
''If I would've just agreed with Zander none of this would have happened.'' I sat back down, Madison on my lap and rocked her back and forth.
''What did you guys disagree about?" Audrey asked sitting next to me.
''Eloping.''
''Eloping?'' Everyone asked.
''Why would you two want that?" My mom asked.
''Because..because I'm-''
''Is there family here for Zander Williamson?'' A doctor asked, walking out from the back. We all surrounded the doctor and waited for him to give us the news.
''H-how is he?'' I asked.
''Well..''
