Chapter XIV

NATHAN

     "Because, they have to monitor the Earth after human left the planet, and the sun in solar system became red giant. MA 002 monitored the Philippines as I said that he is the country's android" I said

     "Did you see what happened to Earth through androids?" asked Brix

    "Yeah. They played major roles in science" I said

    "Okay, I am now believing you, even if he really looks like a real human, I'm now believing that he's an android" said Brix

   I smiled.

     After a few minutes of silence, Eldon spoke loudly.

    "Wait a minute, why did you bring Marco here?" asked Eldon

    "He will be the one who'll spy on Justin" said Andrei

    "But why he?" said Eldon

    "Because his the only one I know who doesn't meet Justin?" said Andrei

    "Why didn't you borrow MA 004 from American region?" asked Brix

    Eldon, Marco and Andrei look at Brix

   "How did he know something about the androids?" asked Andrei

    "I just told him the whole story that happened on our last minutes on Earth" I said

    "Okay" said Andrei

    "Well Brix, in fact, Marco is not just an android to us, he is our friend, our brother, that's why we chose him, because we trust him" said Andrei

    "Plus, we haven't met MA 004. What if Justin, which is an American scientist, know every details about MA 004? It's better to trust your own" I said

    "Well you two have points. We have to trust our older friends more, because we know them a lot than those we've just met" said Brix

    "But don't think that we didn't trust you, huh? You are our family now" said Eldon.

   "It's okay. I don't actually think about that" said Brix

   "What's the plan?" asked Marco

   "Well, you have to follow our instructions. First, you have to befriend Justin" said Andrei

   "Who's Justin?" asked Marco

   Andrei showed Justin's photo to Marco using his mobile watch.

  "Is Marco's memory card still in use?" asked Eldon

  "Yeah. We didn't change his memory card, so that he can remember us. We just saved his memory card content to the computers of DOST and PAGASA to be sure" I said

  "Memory card?" asked Brix

  "Marco has memory card. It is as big as the size of a credit card" I said

  "What is that for?" said Brix

  "That's for Marco's memory. For example, if we change his old memory card to a new empty one, he will not remember us" I said

  "Oh. I think that memory card is very important" said Brix.

"Plus, it's so hard if you were forgotten by the person who is really important to you" added he

  "I know Justin's face, now" said Marco

  "So, what's the next instruction?" added he

  "No more instructions by now. Just do the first one" said Andrei

  "Okay" said Marco happily

  "Wait a minute, why didn't you change Marco's outfit?" asked Eldon

  "What do we know about fashion?" I asked

  "Can't you see him! He wears his usual lab coat from PAGASA" said Eldon

  "So?" I said

  "Justin might recognize that Marco is working in the Philippine region. If that happened, the plan will fail" said Eldon

  "Eldon's right. We have to buy him clothes" said Andrei

  "But where?" I asked

  "I guess there's a mall here at Third District where we can buy clothes" said Brix

  "Come on. Let's go humans!" said Andrei

  After a few minutes, we made to get here at the mall. There are so many clothes here.

  "I think I have to buy clothes, too" said Eldon

  "Marco first" I said.

  "Okay" said Eldon

   My sights went to a purple polo shirt. I grabbed it.

  "I think this one was really made for Marco" I said while showing the cloth to them

  "Yeah! Nice choice Nathan" said Eldon

  "Thanks" I said

  "Where's the fitting room?" asked Andrei

  "Over there" said Brix while pointing a mini room near toddler's section

  "Okay. I'm going there" said Marco

   Marco went to the fitting room and wore the cloth. We waited him in front of the fitting room.

  After a few seconds, he went back to us wearing the purple polo shirt

  "Cool! Now you look like a real human" said Eldon

  "Shh!!! Eldon, quiet" said Andrei

  "Sorry" said Eldon

  "We have to buy more shirts and pants" I said

  "Right" said Brix

   We continued walking around the mall looking for some clothes to buy.
