Chapter XVI

NATHAN

     "How's your mission?" asked Andrei

      It's already nine in the evening, and Marco just got home.

     "Good. He said that he wanted me to become his friend" said Marco

     "Really!? That's a good news!" said Andrei

     "He also invited me to his house" said Marco

     "Why?" asked Eldon

     "He will tell me his plans" said Marco

     "He trust you that quick!? How fast is that?" said Eldon

     "I can't believe it! He trust you quickly! But why?" I asked

     "He told me that he needed someone to help him to do his plan" said Marco

     "Why you? It can be someone" said Eldon

     "Stop asking questions humans! Can't you just be happy with it? Because of this, we can easily stop Justin" said Andrei

    Poor Justin. He doesn't even know that the one he will trust is the one who'll use him. The one that will hurt him emotionally.

    "Guys, I think I'm not here tomorrow" said Brix

    "Why?" asked Eldon

    "Gonna climb on a mountain near Twenty-ninth District" said Brix

    "I'll join" said Eldon

    "Me too" I said

    "Why not? I'll go with you" said Andrei

    "Sorry Brix. I also want to join, but Justin invited me to his house, and..."

    "We understand. It's okay" said Brix

    Marco smiled.

    "So, are we going on a camp?" asked Eldon

    "Yeah. On the summit" said Brix

    "Cool! I bet night sky is more beautiful when you're at mountains" said Eldon

    "Yeah. The number of stars you can see on summit are greater than those at the feet of the mountain" I said

    "Better to ready my camera" said Brix. He went to his room to ready his camera.

    "Can't wait for tomorrow" I said

    "Are you ready guys?" asked Brix

    "Who's not" said Andrei

    We are all ready. Twenty-five minutes have passed after 8 AM.

    We are wearing our backpacks now, and just waiting for Brix's signal to start this adventure.

    "I can't wait to climb on mountain" said Eldon

    "Take care" said Marco

    "Let's go guys!" said Brix

    "Alright! Come on humans! Hurry!" said Eldon cheerfully.

    "Seems like Eldon is the most excited among us" said Andrei

    "Bye Marco! We'll be back soon" I said.

    After a few minutes of arrival, we made it here at the base of the mountain.

    "I need some drinks" said Eldon

    Andrei looked up. "Do we need to climb on that?" asked he

   "Of course! I should feature this on my travel magazine" said Brix

   After ten minute-rest, we started to walk again. Brix's camera is hanging on his neck. He kept taking pictures of the trees.

   "A place full of green. It's so relaxing!" said Andrei

   "I still don't know why there's no creatures living here" said Brix

   "Why don't we just imagine? I think I can see a horse flying. It has wings! It flies beautifully" I said

   "That's great" said Andrei

   "You're imagining a pegasus? Really, Nathan?" said Eldon

    "Don't be a killer joy or a joy killer or whatever you call for it! There's no animals here, so I'm just imagining" I said

    "Oh my coconut! Nathan! There's a hairy flying turtle behind you!" said Eldon

    "Hairy... flying turtle? Seriously?" I said

    "Why? I'm just imagining" said Eldon

    "Why so cute? There's a little bear-like chestnut over there" said Andrei

     Eldon and I both look at Andrei

     "What are you looking at?" said Andrei

     "What did you say Andrei? A little bear-like chestnut?" said Eldon

     "What's wrong?" asked Andrei

     We kept silent while still staring at Andrei.

     "Fine! I'm done with this. I am not going to imagine any creatures anymore" said Andrei

     Eldon just laughed.

     "Stop the little kids. I think you didn't notice that we already reached the outer middle part of the mountain. Look around" said Brix

    We looked around.

    "Woah! Amazing!" said Andrei

    I remained speechless. The scenery is so beautiful! I think I can see the whole American region from this

    "Better to take some pictures before I forget about it" said Brix

    "I also wanna be a photojournalist, an adventurer, a blogger and a traveler just like you Brix" said Eldon

   "Why?" asked Andrei

   "I wanna see more beautiful sceneries. Maybe there are existing more beautiful places out there" said Eldon

    "Why not? We can travel together" said Brix

    "Maybe in the future" said Eldon

    Brix took more pictures. This time, we took a groupie. We took pictures together with a breath-taking background.

   "Come on guys. We have to continue hiking to reach the summit early" said Brix

    We continued walking, and we continued seeing beautiful sceneries
