Lionkit's Life

Outside of the den

Lionkit woke up the next day. He was ready for breakfast. So he went to the mouse pile, but there was nothing at it. Lionkit looked all around the den. He noticed that no older cats were there. Not even his mom. Lionkit got a little scared. Luckily he knew that there were still cats in the warriors den and all the other dens. Lionkit went outside of the Nursery Den. He saw some water in a small pond. The only bad thing was that it was all the way on the other side of camp. Lionkit didn't want to be known as baby that's scared of everything his whole life. So he toughened out and started towards the other side to the pond.

Lionkit was only halfway there when the leader of Lava Clan AKA Lavastar stepped infront of Lionkit. Lavastar said "What on earth are you doing out of the Nursery Den!?!?" Lionkit replied "Oh I was just going to get a drink of water from that pond over there." "Are you out of your mind!?!?" Lavastar asked. That's the black pond it's very deadly. "Oh ok" Lionkit said thankfully.

Lionkit thought to himself that he was being stupid, because he had forgotten all about the small watering hole inside the Nursery Den. Lionkit ran back to the Nursery Den. He saw a bigger pile of mice then what was there before. Lionkit took a mouse of of the pile and the whole pile toppled over on him. Lionkit stuck his head out of the top of the mice pile. Lionkit's mom went over to him and said "silly Lionkit". So she helped him out of the pile, and grabbed a mouse for him. Lionkit took the mouse and ate it really fast. Then he went over to the watering hole and took a drink. Lionkit walked back to his bed and went to sleep.
