I hum to myself, waving goodbye to my friends as I get in my red mustang. School was... Interesting today.

Naruto, my blonde-haired best guy friend, taunted Uchiha and the two got into a fight. The teachers couldn't really do anything about it. It was actually kind of hilarious.

And, just like that, I'm home. I smile at my three story mansion as I step inside.

"I'm home, mama, papa!" I call, walking to the kitchen, where I grab an apple.

"Hello, sweetheart! How was your day?" My mother asks.

"It sucked. Dr. Senju wasn't here today." I respond.

"Awww... Well, you might see her at the hospital today?" She responds.

"Maybe." I agree, pulling out my homework. Thankfully, it's just one assignment. I finish it quickly and go to my bedroom upstairs. I walk into the pink room and grab my white lab coat, along with my other backpack. "Well, I'll be off. Tell dad I said hi." I kiss mom's cheek.

"Will do. Do your best!" She says as I nod, walking out the door. I walk to the garage and unlock my car, getting in and driving to the hospital not that far away.

Every day after school I have classes with Dr. Senju at the hospital, usually for two to three hours. It has always been my goal to help others, and that is exactly what I want to do, studying under the best medic in the country.

I park my car, getting out and walking into the hospital. I wave to the receptionist as I walk to a room on the right and drop my backpack, waiting for Dr. Senju.

"Sakura!" She yells, running into the room and panting. "Today, we will have a hands on lesson! Come with me, and fast! We need your expertise!" She says as I quickly follow her up the stairs and to the ER. We step inside and it's all hustle, everybody in panic. Dr. Senju walks over to the patient, sedated and being operated on, as I quickly change into a different uniform, this time like a blue apron, as I ask someone nearby the details.

"The patient has been in an accident and has damaged their internal intestines; their bleeding won't stop!" He says, then turns back to what he was previously doing.

I throw my hair up and walk to Dr. Senju. "Sakura, help us, with all your advanced skills, to save this man." She says, and I nod, taking the spot next to her.

"I need materials, stat!"
~
"We did it." I sigh, mentally and physically exhausted.

"Correction; you did it. Thank you, Sakura." Dr. Senju says, causing me to blush. "I can't believe that you were the only one that thought of sewing the organs back together to stop the bleeding. Very impressive."

"Thank you, Dr. Senju." I respond as we wash our hands and take off our coats.

"Please, call me Lady Tsunade." She says, causing me to smile. She only lets people she highly respects call her by that.

"Thank you, Lady Tsunade."

She smiles, looking as the time as we exit the ICU. Yep, we had to rush there after some complications. "Well, Sakura. I hoped you learned something today; you might as well take tomorrow off. Situations like today drain one so much, and you were a major key to our success."

She awaits my response, all though she already knows what it is. "Nah, I'll see you tomorrow, Lady Tsunade!" I smile, walking outside. As I get in my car, I notice her smile, brighter than can be. Once I start my engine, she walks inside.

Yawning, I walk inside my house and literally fall asleep on the floor.
~
I wake up in my bed. How did I get here? I check the time and screech. "I'M LATE FOR SCHOOL!" It's 10 a.m. I quickly change into a red shirt with a white circle on the back with black leggings, brush my hair and teeth, and grab my school backpack, running downstairs. I grab a banana and quickly eat it as mom appears.

"Honey, what are you doing? You don't have to go to school today. Dr. Senju told me about yesterday and said that, for your health, you should stay home."

"Sorry, mom. My friends are waiting." I respond, and she hesitantly nods.

"Just don't push yourself. The weekend is soon." She says, and I nod.

"I'll be off!" I hug her, then grab my keys and drive to school.

The lady at the front desk hands me a pass and I walk into Biology and take my seat at the front of the class, next to my blonde friend.

"Hello, Sakura." Lady Tsunade casually says as she starts writing on the board.

"Good morning, Lady Tsunade." I respond, taking notes as per usual.

"Pssstt." Naruto whispers, which is a 100% death in this class. "Psssssssssssstttt! Where were you?"

"Home." I whisper.

"NARUTO!" Lady Tsunade yells, stopping him from saying anything else.

"Hehehe... Sorry Tsunade-baa-chan." He sweat drops as she continues the lesson.
~
"So, what was the real reason why you fought the Uchiha yesterday?" I ask Naruto as the bell rings.

"We were arguing about you." He pouts. "He called you weak."

"As usual." I sigh.

"If only he knew-"

"Naruto, he doesn't deserve to know." I respond, referring to the Uchiha's older brother, Itachi.

"That Teme needs to learn respect!" He yells as the whole hallway stops.

"K-keep walking." I stutter as we walk into lunch.

Secretly, I have been treating Itachi Uchiha for tuberculosis. Only his parents, Dr. Senj- I mean, Lady Tsunade and I know, due to the elder Uchiha's wishes.

"S-Sakura-chan!" Hinata says, waving. I smile as Naruto and I walk over to her and the rest of the group, excluding Sasuke. Sasuke was once part of our group, one of my best friends, before he left with Karin. She's a bitch.

"Ugh, I forgot lunch." I groan as my stomach rumbles.

"Don't worry, Sakura. We can share." Ino, my best friend, offers.

"Yeah!" Tenten chimes in, handing me half of her sandwich.

"Thanks, guys!"
