~Reality~

Aglaia kept running, flapping her semi-small wings frantically as she cried, trying to erase that horrible image from her young mind. She couldn't bare with the fact that she hurt someone so early in her life, and it barely took any effort...

She sobbed loudly as she ran, her delicately nimble paws hitting the rough land as she carried out in her sorrow. Purple tears ran down her face as her body became speckled with dirt as she repeatedly stomped her small feet, her aching muscles burning just as much as that scenario did into her racing mind. Aglaia finally gave up on coping and simply curled up, crying loudly. Not caring if she was being loud or not, she began to sob even more than she originally was, caking a lot of her soft scales with a thin layer of dirt and muck, the brown seemed to clash against the soft purple for dominance over her body.

After crying for a bit, she felt just a bit better. But she was extremely hungry. Then, almost like nature read her mind, she heard a rustling noise in a nearby bush. With that, she ran as fast as she possibly could after it, not getting very far as distance goes because of her horribly aching muscles, and successfully scaring the plump bunny away. Aglaia layed on her side with a thump, and huffed silently. I won't catch a fluffy thing if I do that, she concluded, staring at the bush where the bunny once stayed. Then, a sweet scent wafted into her area, causing Agalaia to drool a bit. That smelled REALLY good right now.

So, she followed the delicious smell, until she reached a high looking tree. Wow, she thought with simplific childish amazment, I wanna climb it!, so she attempted at that. Her paws scraped horribly against the rough bark of the harsh tree, causing Aglaia to hiss and lap her toungue at her rapidly but lightly bleeding paw, scowling slightly at her failed attempt. She decided to use her tiny claws, climbing up the tree only a few inches only to fall right back down. Then, she flapped her wings while climbing, that helped a little with her balence and made her fall just a little slower.

Hours passed by, the night turned into day as Aglaia kept trying, determined to climb the difficult plant. After a bit more of scraping herself on the bark and slowly falling, she finally reached a sturdy branch. Her muscles burned all over her small body, burning a thousand times worse than before, but she just managed to hoist herself on top of the strong branch as she heaved heavily, in need for a long and restful break. Aglaia felt a great sense of accomplishment as she looked down at the nearby earth, nearly forgetting about the the Skywing completely.

Aglaia spotted a weirdly shaped berry and reached for it hungrily. That was the thing producing the delicious smell. She stuffed as much as she could into her awaiting mouth, starving and parched from the climb, to be met with a juicy, sweet delicacy. It was all worth it, just for this. Aglaia ate as much as she could, then buried the leftovers after she jumped down from the strong branch. Now content and full, she continued her travel to nowhere, somewhere.

~ Part II, Observing~

Aglaia sat, quiet and green, like she was one with the plants. Observing the orange feline creature as it stalked towards the innocent, white ball of fluff. It's been a few days since she climbed the tree and she'd like to say she's feeling strong for her age. It's been about a week, and she's quickly learned to adapt to the harsh forest. The feline suddenly lunged at the bunny, successfully and swiftly catching it by its neck. It tucked into the juicy morsel, not minding the blood or fur, only to bury the remains of what once was a cute little bunny, now bloodied, bare, dirty, and dead.

How careless, just leaving your food out for the taking, Aglaia thought as she skillfully creeping towards the half-buried carcass, then snatching the rabbit, quickly running away on her claws as to not get caught by any stronger predators. When she was sure she was safe and far away from the rabbit's death area, she ate the remains, bones, dirt and all. Her keen ears suddenly twitched, hearing rustling in the nearby bushes. Aglaia creeped towards the bush, slowly and silently, her dark purple eye's pupils turning into slits and her scales still turned a camouflaging green. Until, with sudden speed, she jumped and swiped her needle sharp claws, causing the deafening shrill scream of the momentarily distressed rabbit to ring out into the air, then silence. That probably alerted the other creatures of danger, Aglaia concluded boredly as she ate the brown bunny into nothing.

Then, a strange smell was picked up by Aglaia's sharpened senses. She instinctively camouflaged completely and hid. Aglaia wasn't taking any chances, the forest is a ruthless place. Then a creature much like herself, but brown and much bigger, came out and looked around tentitivly, seeming fairly cowardly in her own child-since matured eyes. "I don't know, I don't think finding the Rainwings is this important..." the brown lizard thing said, Aglaia considered attacking and devouring it until another one revealed itself. I guess a year longs worth of food isn't THAT important... she thought tentitively as she stared at their giant claws and big jaws, probably meant for crushing bones and shredding scales into a fine dust.

"I don't know, we COULD inslave them or something," said a gruffer, scratchier sounding voice. Aglaia decided to play around, and throw a small rock at the screaming monkeys that howled like a bunch of dying dragon. It sent off a flurry of screams and pleas for death, one sounding suspiciously familiar, causing the mud colored creatures to scream and flee like dragonets, making Aglaia howl in maniacle laughter, almost dounding in sync with the monkeys eerie, omninous screaming, the both of them contrasting greatly as they carried out like some sort of a horrible song.

~ Part III, Discovery~

Aglaia continued her trek, with no place in mind, catching and eating as many creatures as possible. It's been a month and two weeks now since she hatched, and she was already more muscular and active than an average year-old dragonet. She kept walking until she saw a weird looking creature, walking on two legs and a big tuft of matted fur on its head. She tenderly cocked her head and approached it carefully, purposefully alerting it of her presence.

It quickly shuffled away, into a nearby cave, and came out with some weird stick, jumping and squeaking around Aglaia as if it was more powerful than her. Aglaia quickly stood on her hind legs and flashed a toothy grin as she held up her claws in a playfully intimidating way. Only to be surprised at how quickly the creature was to cower away and throw a weird fur bag at her feet. Aglaia opened it and emptied it's contents on the ground, finding a lot of gold coins, silver amythyst, diamonds and more. They didn't have any value, but they sure are pretty. The silver amythyst called to her.

She looked up, only to see that the creature had ran away, so she simply huffed and continued her trek to somewhere.

"So, they thought they had failed? Hmmm, get started on the new, incomplete prophecies, take out the part about her. I want the new one to bite them just as harder. They truly will feel that they had failed."
