Aglaia finally awoke for good. Her slugish muscles made up their mind, they didn't want to be still and unmoved anymore. She got up to stretch her long body and noticed that Gecko and her mom weren't anywhere in sight, but Silver was flush against her smoothened neck. She slowly made her way to a stand as her body sorely pulled and tugged against itself just to do such a simple thing. She abruptly curled up and hissed at the sight of a chubby rainbow colored dragon in the exact same room as she was, why the actual scavenger bandit was a stranger so close to her? Isn't this a secluded area?!

The colorful stranger snapped their head her way and delicately flailed their gorgeous ears, their nastolgicly pink colored eyes boring into her own deep purple ones. Her mind had swept away any memory of the dragonet but they still seemed dangerously familiar. Did this dragon have a significance in her past, one of her adoptive siblings? She had lost quite a bit of memory about them...

"I had expected y-you to awake soon," she whispered wistfully with her body tensed in fear and reconization. Her whole body language screamed 'trauma!', and her eyes called out with all their might, yelling out the dragoness' feelings into the heavy and unwantingly open air as she stayed regardless of her mind's vicious alarm of danger. Aglaia couldn't help but to be curious of the dragon's bravery despite the fact that she oh-so-clearly wanted to cower away and just forget that she had existed. Not to mention the thin scroll she was holding with a fearful vice grip and the weird teardrop shaped sapphire around her neck that she clung on to, as if she would just steal it from under her muzzle.

Aglaia had stayed truthful to her passionate oath to silence. Even if the dragons she had vouched for were still alive and well, why should she break it? There's no use in that now that they're together again. And dare she say.... they're finally a family?

It didn't take long to hear the vast amount of commotion that was going on outside of the little hutch she had resided in. The both girls had became extremely curious and slowly began to inch towards the exit, and not wanting to encounter anymore awkward coversation they had tried to avoid any possible physical contact. Aglaia huffed indifferently as she did her best to camoflouge her seemingly broken scales to match the other dragons that she had just barely been able to see out of the corner of her sharp, hawk-like eyes.

Her scarred scaley armour swiftly changed into a flash of disgusting rainbow vomit and she couldn't help but to gag a little at the horrific color change. Aglaia squinted her eyes and allowed the colors to fade into a simple rainbow undertone. She picked out a few colors that complemented eachother and watched as they appeared onto her thin body like the cleansing rain drops falling onto a droughted silver stream of dimmened hope.

Aglaia allowed lush green and poppy yellows to dance upon her scales as the gorgeous selections of blues popped up in various bunches along her back, and streaking down like gorgeous waterfalls of blue. She had known that she was making herself too stand outish and unique to blend into any type of crowd, but she couldn't help it. What's the point of disguising yourself if you don't look good while doing it?

She allowed her ears to twitch back to strain against her head as Silver gave her a slow coo, the bandage that was once around his furry head now removed, showing off his own vicious cobweb scar that tainted the back of his fluffy body. It would probably never fade away or go unnoticed for as long as the tiny mammal lived. His black eyes darted all around her scales as the colors emerged and rearranged in adored amazement.

She smoothly glided out into the open and ignored the fact that the riggedly smooth left side of her face had stayed the same deep silver color that she rightfully was. Aglaia quickly strutted towards the heart of the tsunami of dragons, nothing could be worse than what she had just experienced. Silver let out snobbish scoffs and dismissing yips whenever they passed another sloth with his right arm tucked under his belly, why exactly would he do that? Does he have a grudge? She can only wonder about the mind of that sloth....

Aglaia's snout turned up irritably at the sight of a nightwing. UGH. Why a nightwing? The only exception she had in all her heart was Gecko, amd that's because she had given her heart to him. Where is he anyway? She sniffed the air to distract herself from thinking about Gecko, it made her all tingly and weird anyway. Her ice cold eyes caught a gorgeous seawing, an extremely familiar gorgeous seawing. She gently pat against Silver's thick-furred head as she began to attempt to evesdrop into the loud conversation that was laying out in front of her. It ended up being too much of a hassle against all of the pushing, shoving, and the fact that her face hurt from the force of her snout being screwn up in thought.

She backed away from the growing crowd as her slightly lowered sense of smell picked up the familiar but faint pleasant musk of Gecko. Oh, how she yearned to be with him and to hear his sweet voice fill her mind. For his body to press against her own in a lovingly passion filled embrace. For them to be together forever, and until death would they ever part. Aglaia hurried towards the delicious smell of who she considered her lover and followed it until a small thought entered her mind, did he even like her back? Of couse he would, he's been dropping odvious hints since they met! Why in all Phyrria would that change now?

Aglaia eagerly lead herself towards Gecko as Silver snuffled with light hearted laughter. She used her big wings to slightly speed herself up while traveling through the horrifically dense forest as her talons padded against the soft ground, but she couldn't help but to slow down to a halt once she saw a small pool of water. Maybe a small swim wouldn't hurt. She gingerly massaged the area around Silver's claws in attempt to hook them onto her talon but he wasn't having any of that. He huffed and finally flaunted what was tucked under his belly, the thin scroll that the familiar rainwing. She would have scolded him if it weren't so darn funny! He stole that from that rainwing when she was so cautious about her doing anything!

After she was done with her soundless burst of laughter Silver rolled the bronze butt of the old scroll against her chest. The expression on his face told her this was a serious matter to attend to, so she took and and read it.

When the war has lasted twenty years...
the dragonets will come.
When the land is soaked in blood and tears...
the dragonets will come.
Find the Seawing egg of the deapest blue.
Wings of night shall come to you.
The largest egg in a mountain high
will give to you the wings of sky.
For wings of earth, search through the mud
for an egg the color of dragon blood.
And hidden alone from the rival queens,
the Sandwing egg awaits unseen.
The lasting egg of the clutch of five
shall grow and learn and burn and thrive.

Of three queens who blister and blaze and burn,
two shall die and one shall learn
if she bows to a fate that is stronger and higher,
she'll have the wings of fire.

Six eggs to hatch on the brightest night,
six dragons born to end the fight.
Darkness will rise to bring the light.
The dragonets are coming...

She couldn't help but to reread a few parts that particularly sparked her normally dulled down interest, only Gecko sparks that amount of interest nowadays. The lasting egg of a clutch of five.... why did that call to her so much? Maybe, just to be absolutely sure, she should ask her mom about that. Aglaia's thoughts got caught off and were replaced with a childish joy as Gecko emerged from the bushes and slid next to her.

Before any words could be said or breathes could be rasped he bashfully shoved a gorgeous bouquet of mixed flowers into her arms. Her purple eyes filled with happiness and even more joy as electricity sparked throughout her body, he gave her a present!

"I guess it's time to tell you, you probably don't feel the same, but I kinda love you. A lot. Ever since I met you to be honest. So uh.... will you be my mate," he asked nervously as his giant wolf yellow eyes stared right at her amythyst purple ones. There was no trace of foolishness or joking in his eyes, he was speaking his mind.

Her tail wagged behind her like a physics-defying sword as she feverishly nodded her head in a 'yes!'. They had snuggled with Silver hooked between their necks, Aglaia tucked her neck into Gecko's chest as they cuddled on the caressing lush grass and stayed that exact way until they dwelled themselves into a pleasant rest.
