~Part I, Caught~

Agalaia stood, still and waiting patiently with her tail high in the hotly heavy air, watching her unknowing prey as it shuffled around. It's been three months in total, of life and traveling, and she's learned more than she thought she ever could. More about correcting her useful camouflage, hunting more effectivly, and gathering sweet and tangy berries for bait. She had put the strange fur bag around the base of her tail, somehow the loop was just big enough to fit there. Agalaia has tried to do that thing she did to the Skywing, but it either failed or ended up with her being covered with her most recent meal, which wasn't pleasant at all. After a while, she put her efforts for the mysterious power to a rest.

When it finally stood still, she lunged at it and bit it's neck much like a starving fox would, sloppily and bloodily. Aglaia had grown quite a bit due to her suprisingly healthy diet and not so suprising excersises, she's actually grown to the size of a small three year old dragon. She ate the once innocent rabbit into nothing like she always did, then continued on her way towards the north east. She could tell she's almost out of the forest, and she's kind of scared. Aglaia didn't know anything other than the water and the forest. But, she was determined to find out what's out of her familiar ecosystem.

Aglaia sniffed around with her snout high in the air to try to pick details from the suspicious scent, then climbed a tree with little effort and skillfully camouflaging her scales, and waited for the intruding smell that wafted around, a bit close for comfort. Her eyes darted around fearfully as her now solid and hard scales fit against the bark of the giant tree like missing puzzle peices. As her eyes scanned every nook and cranny of her birds eye view. Tnen, a shrill but strong voice rang out into the heavy forest air, "Is the trouble gone yet?" the voice loudly asked, on the tree from right beside her, causing Aglaia to screech and swipe her sharp little claws.

The intruding creature let out a quick shriek of pain, then attempted to calm Aglaia's furious swiping paws. "That kinda hurts!" the newly discovered dragon, know known because of her sudden exposure, yelled, seeming upset over something so incredibly simple. Aglaia refused to show herself as she jumped off the tree and quicky ran the opposite direction, not even slowing down when the rainbow-colored dragon yelled for her to. She wasn't slowing down, not even for the needle-filled gaze that followed her back.

~Part II, The Curious~

She kept traveling, in the new south-western direction, but she noticed more rustling in the gorgeous bushes, only to find nothing when she searched around in them. Aglaia starting considering that she might be going mad. This time, she got so irritated that she moved away the leafs of the bush and simply stomped her streanthened feet against the ground as harshly as she could, causing a yelp of pain to sound from the bush as a slightly red and pale green tail came into veiw. Aglaia found she was snout to snout with a rainbow, mainly pale green colored dragon, like the one she found next to her on the tree. Her glaring, furiously purple eyes stared right at the opposing, soft pink and scared pools of beauty. Neither of them moved for a while.

"Why are you here." Aglaia hissed out dryly, her throat not used to talking, just that causing her question sounding like a command, but she knew how to talk regardless of her error. The other dragon simply squawked out random sounds, sounding much like a dying bird of paradise, before Aglaia got mildly irritated and stomped near her tail in an intimidating way, igniting a terrified screech.

"Why are you following me." Aglaia asked quietly, trying to be polite, she felt a wet substance slip out of her eyes, but she ignored it. "I-i was d-d-dared to! After t-they t-told me about a w-weird dragonet a-ah-tacking my sister, I was just curious! PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!!!" the Rainwing yelled, quickly bursting into tears. That confused Aglaia as to why she thought she'd kill her, but she let it pass. "Go." she said simply, watching as the pale green dragon ran away, feverishly sobbing as her pale green body dissapeared from veiw.

~ Part III, New Place~

Agalia watched the sky, mostly inspecting the birds as they flew. She felt extremely jealous, they could go anywhere they wanted with their beautiful, strong wings; but her wings were just barely able to hold her weight so they surely couldn't carry it. She huffed and thought out a plan, hunt, eat, then strengthen her wings. So, Aglaia decided to use some of the natural lure and with that thought, she climbed up a giant tree and sniffed for the populous supply of red berries, those attracted bunnies and sometimes a few deer if she was lucky. It's a favorite of the forest.

She followed her nose, closing her deep violet eyes as she put all of her trust into her incredibly heightened senses. Leaping and twisting to avoid falling off of the collosel trees or bumping into any of them, she backed up, snapping her eyes open as she leaped from the streangh of her hind legs, curling her talons as she flapped her still weak wings as she seemed to fly for a little bit until she hit the tree, clinging to the rough bark of the thick berry tree as she climbed it, skillful like a spider monkey, then being quick to plop herself on a wide, sturdy branch.

Aglaia stood on her hind legs, reaching for the juice-filled berries. Eating a few won't do any harm, she decided as she popped a few of the sweet ripened-to-perfection berries into her mouth. She licked around her maw, just restraining herself fom grabbing a big talonfull and devouring the berries until her hunger dimmed to nothing. Gathering as many ripe berries as she could, then she weakly glided down, out of the gorgrous giving tree and made her way into a clearing. It wasn't much of an actual 'clearing', it was just a little bit clearer from the rest of the forest.

She sat the berries down in a small pile, doing her best to make it look like another animal's gatherings, even smooshing a few for a bit more realism, and comoflauged herself so she blended in with the lush grasses, even closing her eyes for an extra touch. Agalia sat for what felt like ages until she finally heard rustling, shuffling, then hoofdrops. Agalia felt the delicate presence, a pretty and timid deer. She slowly opened her eyes, watching the gorgeousness that the deer beholded in front of her. It's antlers, delicate eyes, and dotted rump. Moments like these almost made Aglaia feel bad for hunting, but this is the circle of life.

She silently basked herself with the sight, looking at the pretty tufts of dark brown fur and it's soft doe eyes, before slowly confronting it, staying camouflaged and quiet. The dragonet felt something crawling up her throat, and unlike last time, she gently opened her mouth. Everything seemed serene and quiet as she let out the frosty liquid-gas, her eyes dripping with purple tears as she allowed the cold substance to encase the glorious, fearing deer. The gas crystalized, creating glass-shard like solid. The deer's eyes caught Aglaia's as it looked at her, pleading and sad as if it was begging her not to kill it, but the saddened dragonet simply stared back at the beautiful creature as it became inbedded with burning shards of ice, blood flowing freely down the deer's pelt like a bloody waterfall as its legs trembled, then it finally collapsed, letting out a distressed call for help.

Aglaia walked towards it, purple crocodile tears running down her face as she gave the mammal one last sad look, before parting her jaw and biting the creature's neck cleanly, causing it to tense up a little, before going limp and taking its final breath. Aglaia sniffled and silently ate, not leaving any remains of the small, once glorious deer left, leaving nothing but a blood splatter on the grass and a half-eaten pile of berries as she left to work on her wing strengh.

"Oh? How interesting. Maybe we can work with that. How about 'Beware the deadly burning breath
Or you shall see the face of death.
Hmm... perhaps not? Yeah, it's kinda cliché"
