Chapter 25

As I walked down the corridor I felt good about myself, a smile was planted on my face. 

"You're looking happier than you did before!" I knew exactly who it was now, I could tell by the voice. 

"Well I might have just planted myself a job is this place Nikki!" I ran up hugging her. 

"Awesome!" She said hugging me back. "To celebrate want to come out for a meal with me and the girls?" She looked at me 

"Who do you mean by girls?" I said looking back at her. 

"Don't worry, Eva won't be there" She said smiling. Normally I wouldn't have trusted someone who said that, but Nikki is different. 

She was right though, Eva didn't come for the whole evening. I couldn't be happier right now, I've got new friends and a future in front of be, nothing can go wrong. 

"So Sam, what do you plan on doing when you finally get that contract?" Nattie suddenly spoke up. Everyone was staring at me. 

"Well to do as many matches as possible" I said smiling. 

"Well we all want to do that, I mean wouldn't you like to become the Divas Champion?" I couldn't deny it, of course I wanted to be Divas Champion! But AJ was here, I didn't want to anger the "crazy chick!". 

"Ermm...wel-" 

"Sam, you're not going to offend me if you do say you want to be Divas Champion" AJ said interrupting me. 

I looked at her. "You sure?" 

"Of course" She said smiling. 

"Well, yes one day I would love to hold the title" 

We made our way back to the arena because that's where everyone was meeting their boyfriends/husbands. 

We walked through the doors and someone came running up to me. 

"THANK GOD YOU'RE HERE!" Zach? Why's he hugging me?

"What's up?" I asked pushing myself off him. 

"Mark and I were worried and didn't have a clue where you were!" Shit, must have forgotten to text them. 

"Oh, sorry! Was out at dinner with these" I said smiling. 

"Well it’s not me who you're going to have to explain it to" Why's he treating me like a child?! "MARK, SHE'S HERE!" Mark cam round the corner...with Eva. I just rolled my eyes. 

"SAM! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!" Mark came running up to me. 

"She was with us, don't worry Mark!" AJ said. 

"Well as long as you're safe...although you could have told me!" 

"Sorry" I muttered. Thanks to AJ I wasn't getting shouted at, think I've made another friend here. 

I said bye to everyone but before I left AJ grabbed hold of me. 

"By the way, you would be the only one I would want to drop my title to. YOU CAME HERE THE RIGHT WAY!" She said that loud enough for Eva to hear, she just glared and then whispered something to Zach. "Oh and don't worry about her, she has everyone after her" I gave her a hug and then went home. I felt like all of this was my home, everyone accepted me here and no one judged me. I knew I belonged here after all.
