An opportunity gained

Chapter 36

Today was the day. The day I finally get to wrestle in a WWE ring, the day I've waited my whole life for.

I jumped in the shower to try and wash away the butterflies. I got out feeling even worse though. I put my wrestling gear on under my white top and leggings and headed for the door.

Zach came out at the same time, we leaned in to kiss one an another, but then Mark came out and we both realised that he didn't know that we were dating, so we just smiled at each other.

We were all quiet at breakfast as we were all nervous about today.

The drive to the arena was also quiet.

Today was Thursday which meant all of the NXT talent would be here, and also everyone else that was trying out.

Mark left me and Zach stood there taking everything in.

"Right listen up everybody! We've got 10 hours here and there are 260 people, so this is the plan. Boys and girls will be separated, then you will come and sign your name down. After that have you wrestling gear ready, because when I call your name out you will be expected to come down the the ring. You will either be in singles or tag team action, your tag team partners will be WWE superstars and Divas. If you are not in the ring then you will be expected to be using the equipment. Through out the day Vince McMahn, Stephanie McMahn and Triple H will be in and out of here, do not get distracted by them or you will be out of here. LETS GET STARTED PEOPLE! Oh and good luck to you all."

Me and Zach quickly joined the que to get signed up.

"Are you scared or is it just me?"

"I'm shitting myself" I said spinning round.

"Good" He chuckled.

After waiting in the line for about half an hour I had finally made it to the front of the line.

"Name, age and trainer please." The woman said quickly.

"Samantha Cornelius, 16 and my trainer is Mark Steel"

"Alright...go and get yourself into your wrestling gear, you will be in the ring in about 3 hours, for now use the equipment." With that I quickly walked away.
