Chapter 23

"Guys wake up!" I hear Bart yell as he pounds on the door

"Oh shit" Mahogany says as she pops out of the bed

"We have to leave in 30 minutes" I said as I looked at the clock

"We are up Bart!" She yelled before going in the bathroom

I jumped out of bed and ran over to my bag to grab some clothes. I picked out some ripped skinny jeans, converse, and a red tank top.

I went into the bathroom and did my makeup and then quickly straightened my hair.

Somehow Mahogany and I got ready and downstairs right on time.

"It's about time you guys got here" Matt said

"Alright everyone load in the car" Bart ordered

We all pilled in the limo and headed to the event center.

When we pulled up tons of fans were already lined up waiting to get in and the event didn't start for another hour.

Security led us inside and backstage.

"Alright the schedule for today is packed. We go on stage in an hour and then after that we have a 3 hour lunch break and then back for meet and greet. Kendall you are also going to introduced on stage today so I hope you're ready."

I'm so nervous that I won't be accepted. People now a days are so judgmental and with me dating someone famous, it makes it even worse.

"Ok sounds great" I said with a slight smile

I got up and walked over to the table and grabbed some food. I hadn't eaten anything since last night and I was starving.

I returned with my food and sat beside Hayes on the couch backstage

"Hey get your own" I said as he grabbed a grape off my plate

"Sorry babe I'm just really hungry" he said as we both laughed

"Ok guys get on stage." Bart said and soon I was left alone

I walked over and looked at myself in the mirror as thoughts flooded my head.

What if I'm not pretty enough?

Right now I really wanted to talk to Lillie.

I miss her oh so much. I love living in Cali but I miss my friends back home.

I stare a little longer into the mirror until Bart startles me

"Sorry I didn't mean to scare you kendall. are you to go on stage?" He asked

"Uh yeah" I said hesitantly

I could hear fans scream from back here

"And now please welcome special guest Kendall Espinosa"

I took a deep breath as I stepped on stage infront of what seemed like millions of people. Everyone cheered as I came on

I walked over and took a seat between Matt and Hayes

"Ok we actually have a shorter for everyone. Since my sister is here we are going to sing for you" Matt date with a smirk

Ever since I was little I'd love to sing and when I try my voice is beautiful but Matt knows I dislike preforming

They handed me a microphone and the music for like I'm gonna lose you began playing

I was so nervous. I put my fear behind me though and focused on the words as I began singing

Everyone screamed louder than ever. Hayes looked shocked because he's only heard me sing badly.

When the sing ended I sat by him again

"Wow that was beautiful" he smiled

"Thanks I blushed"

"Alright now it's time for Q&A. You can start". Cameron said as he punted to a girl with her hand raised in the back

"Um yes Hayes who is this girl you've brought with you?" She asked

"Well this is matts twin sister Kendall which is also my beautiful girlfriend" he smiled as he grabbed my hand

"Next"

"This question is for kendall. What makes you think you are good enough to date Hayes " a girl said

"Well um really I'm not good enough I'm just lucky I guess that he likes me" I said forcing a smile

Her question came across very rude

The guys got asked some more questions and finally everyone started to get in like for pictures

I begged to go back stage while they dye this but Hayes insisted I stay

As everyone took pictures I just sat and watched

"Can I get a picture with you?" A sweet girl came up and asked

"Me? Um sure." I said smiling

She wrapped her arm around me as I moved close and we both smiled for the picture

"Thanks so much. I just want a picture to show Hayes and my kids whenever we get married of what could've been their mother." She smirked

"Oh well you're welcome" I smiled back

Dang. Maybe I was wrong about her being sweet.

After what felt like forever we were done and back at the hotel

We all decided to stay in and order pizza so we hung out in matts room

As I sat snuggled into Hayes chest I checked my phone to find tons of new followers on Instagram, of course along with that came nasty comments

"What's wrong babe?" Hayes asked me as he laid his head on my shoulder

"Oh just reading some comments"

"Hey. Don't jet my fans get to you, you're perfect and they are just jealous." He said as he kissed me

"I'm not" I smiled

"Promise kendall?"

"Promise Hayes!" I winked

Little did he know this bothered me a ton.
