Han & Leia

Walking

" every body strapped in " Han asked turning around to look at Ben and Leia who wear strapped together in the co-pilot seat, when chewie was back on kashyyyk and not piloting with Han, Leia always went to sit in the co-pilots seat she just loved watching Han manoeuvre the falcon around space.

" yeah we can go " Leia responded getting a little laugh from Ben as she tickled his cheek.

Ben's eyes were glued to his father's hand as Han flipped some buttons to make the falcon come to life. Ben screamed from joy as he felt the falcon start to leave the ground " little solo pilot number 2 " Leia said watching Ben looking at all the flashing little red lights around him, it wasn't his first time in the falcon but he usually sat in the back, not being able to see much.  Trying to reach for his father Ben screamed after him " not right now Ben ones i kick this baby into light-speed you can come on daddy's lap " Han said as Ben frowned.

" mama " Ben said pointing at a bright blue light right next to him.

" yes Ben it's pretty right, but we can't touch it "

Ben looked back at his father who was pushing some more buttons as the kicked into light speed.

" well we should be on yavin in 10 hours " Han said resting back on his chair as Ben reached for him one more time, this time Han picked him up and sat him on his lap.

Looking at her son being mesmerised be hyperspace Leia smiled taking Han's hand getting a little squeeze back.

" I can't wait to see Luke's face when he sees how much Ben has grown " she said as Ben looked at her hearing his name

" i can't even imagine, you have grown so fast, you're gonna outgrow me soon " Han said lifting Ben over his head as Ben giggled trying to reach for his fathers face.

" well he's gonna outgrow me for sure " Leia said smiling, she really hoped he would be like Han cause what's not to like she always said he's tall and handsome and all mine she would say to herself.

Not being interested in the little lights anymore ben asked to be put down on the floor and crawled out of the cockpit directly finding his way to his quarters, one that Han had taken hours to change to make it kid proof while Leia was still pregnant.

Entering his little quarters Ben found his favourite toy and crawled back to the main corridor where he could hear his parents talk as they still sat in the cockpit.

Seeing both his parents walk out the cockpit and being lifted of the ground by His mother the three of them made there way to the kitchen.

After they had done eating Ben was back on the floor trying to get his parents attention, seeing them in a deep conversation he continued playing with his little toy.

" ok ok i get it, Leia I'm not in the mood for an argument right now "

" Im not arguing I'm just saying "

" good " Han said getting up and sitting on the floor next to his son Leia joining them wanting nothing more then to spend time with them, that was also the reason they were going on this trip so she could get of work and spend time with her family.

" i have an idea, Han let's make him start walking " Leia said as she moved to sit in front of Han and Ben.

" you're gonna try walking Ben " Han asked crossing his legs and holding Ben up on his little feet.

Slowly letting go Han tried to see if Ben could hold on his legs by himself, failing a little as he fell back on his fathers leg

" well were in the falcon so it'll take a little more time but will get it " Han said looking at Leia who was smiling at Ben
