Han & Leia

Happy new year

Leia was still in the Christmas spirit even though it had already passed even Ben was still running around with his elf pyjamas, the little 4 year old was always happy much like his mother about the Christmas celebrations, and today was New Years eve. Leia was watching Ben try and glue something together.

" i hope daddy like the present i make him " Ben said looking at his mother as his little black curled hair fell in front of his eyes.

" daddy loves everything you make him " Leia answered sipping her tea

" i also did one for you but I'm not telling what is " ben said hopping off his chair and running to his room.

Leia smiled watching her son run, his little hair bouncing, he was a ball of energy she always wondered if he would calm down with age.

She was gonna go check on Han who was still sleeping when her comm went of.

" hello " she answered quickly

" hey sis, so doing something special for tonight " Luke asked

" hey you, no i don't think so. We might go with Ben watch the fireworks downtown "

" can a lonely Jedi join his family "

" Ofcourse you can why even ask you know what ill make a dinner for us all "

" you will make one " he said a little worried she was gonna cook

" no, ill ask Han don't worry "

" ok so tonight at what 0800 " he asked as leia could hear someone call him

" yeah sure "

" ok i gotta go love you leia see ya tonight "

She barely said goodbye he already hung up, she jumped a little feeling han wrap his arms around her waist and kissing her cheek " good morning princess, i felt lonely waking up without you next to me " he said kissing her other cheek

" Ben woke me up early "

" where's my little pilot anyways " han asked lifting his head from her shoulder

" in his room, but don't go " she said quickly as she felt him let go of her

" why "

" he's finishing something he made for you but don't tell him i told you "

Han smiled and passed by Leia kissing her forehead quickly.

" so emm tonight Luke's coming over " leia said following Han into the kitchen

" oh yeah thats fine, wait... does that mean we have to make a dinner " Han asked poring himself a cup of caf

" we can always order in if you don't feel up to it, Luke won't mind he just wants to be with us "

" ha no way princess there's a tradition on correlia where on New Year's Eve we make this meal its a little spicy, ok allot spicy but ill make it mild for you guys " Han said taking a seat at the table

" you didn't do that last year or the other years " leia said sitting across from him

" well we were always going places for New Years but this time ill be able to make it "

" well if you have to make groceries i suggest you take Ben with you " she said hearing Han groan, he loved spending time with his son but not when he had to go for food it always ended with Ben crying cause he wanted some chocolate or candies which he couldn't get.

" Han your gonna take him with you he will be happy and if he wants something just give him its New Year " Leia said getting up to kiss han on the cheek
