Han & Leia

Little trouble maker

Leia had a very difficult time leaving the house for the first time since Ben was born he had just turned 8 months and she had to go back to work, she hoped and begged she wouldn't have a long day today full of meetings so she could come home early and hug her little boy like she was doing now " Leia he's gonna be ok " she could hear Han say as she held her son tight. Ben mumbled something while having his finger tangled in his mothers hair and laughed  and got Leia to look at him, his one little black curl falling right between his eyes.

" i love Ben and see you tonight, now be good to your old man don't drive him crazy " she said as Ben mumbled some more and put his hand in his mouth.

" hey im not old " she heard Han say and she smiled looking at him, she handed Ben to Han and started making her way to the front door. Han put Ben on the floor and watched him crawl to Leia. He sure was fast for a baby he thought.

Leia quickly opened the front and didn't dare to look behind her, as the door closed she could hear ben call after her not that he could talk already but she knew what sound he made to call her. She closed her eyes and sigh " you'll see him tonight " she said and started walking towards the turbo lifts.

" come here you little trouble maker " Han said lifting ben back up in his arms the little boy smiled one of his brightest smile as both father and son heard his little stomach grumble. " someone is hungry " han said kissing his son's forehead.

Han watched Ben happily suck at his bottle as he slowly drifted of to sleep in his arms, ben's eyes fell shut and his mouth opened a little letting go of the bottle, Han slowly grabbed it and put it on the table putting Ben against his shoulder and walking over to the coach. He sat down putting his legs on the table and opened the holo to watch a bit of sports as Ben slept on his shoulder.

Feeling something push at his shoulder Han opened his eyes to see Chewie and heard him ask where Ben was " he's right her..." Han stopped talking as he noticed Ben wasn't sleeping against him anymore

" Chewie where is Ben " he said quickly getting up and looking over the whole living room, they moved to look in the bedrooms yet no baby to be found.

" she's gonna kill me, I'm not ready to die Chewie " he said Chewie growling something back , " i know i shouldn't fall asleep like that but it's not my fault he kept me up all night " Han said passing a hand thru his hair, he was about to say something else when Chewie stopped him by putting his paw over Han's mouth and growled something almost as a whisper.

" you can hear him, where is he " Han asked removing Chewie's paw of his mouth.

he said that he could here him in the bathroom of Han and Leia's bedroom, Han didn't take a minute longer and walked over there bathroom " Ben " Han said in shock as he looked at his son laugh that was covered in baby powder " mommy really is gonna kill me, how did you get this " he asked as Chewie pointed his head down to show him the trail of powder that led till Ben's room " how on earth did i miss this " Han said walking over to Ben and picking him up quickly putting him on the changing table. " you sir are gonna need a bath while Chewie cleans the mess you did, right Chewie " han said looking at his furry friend who growled in response

" hey im not doing this all by myself, you come back here " Han shouted as Chewie left the room.

Han looked back at his son covered in powder and couldn't help but smile " thanks the gods you're cute and that it smells good " he said starting to remove Ben's pyjamas as Ben laughed and mumbled something.

After the fast little bath Han sigh as he finally got Ben's diaper on he hated being changed and let that know to his parents and he most of all hated being dressed. Ben still cried as Han put him on his shoulder but suddenly stopped as he took his fathers hair between his little chubby hands and pulled at it. Han winced and looked up " easy there Ben i don't wanna become bald " Han said walking on the hall of there bedroom seeing all the powder on the floor. " I'll have goldenrod wash this when he's back "

Han sigh and put Ben on the floor surrounding him by all his toys, Ben looked up at his father and offered him some miniature x-wing that Luke had given his nephew not to long ago, " thank you ben " Han said joining his son on the floor.

Chewie was already gone by the time ben had fallen back asleep on the floor. Han watched his son for a second and sigh, he looked at the time and thought it would be nice if Leia came home to a nice little dinner, but he couldn't keep his eyes off of his son, he picked Ben up and put him in his chair still fast asleep.

Not even looking at the time Han heard the front door close and looked at Ben who was all smiling knowing what was to appear at the kitchen door " hey boys " they both heard Leia say as Ben's screamed and raised hi arms up, Leia quickly walked over to her baby boy and picked him up kissing him all over the face not caring how much berry was smudged on her little boy's face. " i see you had help " she said walking over to Han as he kissed her " well he ate all our desert " Han said with a wink to Ben who was eating the berry juice off of his fingers.

" it smells wonderful " Leia said passing behind Han and looked over the pots cooking on the stove.

" anything for my beautiful wife " Han said with a smile and kissed her head

" so how was the day with Ben " she questioned, Han didn't answer right away, she turned to look at him with a raised eyebrow.

" great nothing happened " he said with a smile that looked so fake Leia burst in laughter.

" what happened " she asked moving Ben to her other arm.

" well your son thought it could be fun to play with baby powder " he said with a smirk

" and how did my son get till there weren't you looking at him " she asked looking at Ben and stopping his hand from going in her hair as he mumbled in protest

" i fell asleep " he said barely moving his lips making it impossible for Leia to understand him.

" what "  she asked frowning

" i fell asleep and he somehow got to his room and well " he said shutting his eyes afraid of her reaction

" Han ! You left him alone do you know what could have happened " she said a little angry but not raising her tone

" nothing happened he's ok"

" what if something had happened, Han what if he tried to climb a shelf and it fell on him and he was crushed under there "

" Leia take it easy he's fine it was baby powder he wasn't playing with a blaster " he said putting his hands on her shoulder. He knew she was mad and was gonna stay mad until he apologised.

Leia was telling Ben a story just before tucking him in for the night as Han watched her.

" goodnight baby sweet dream my little prince " she said kissing his forehead and putting him in his crib. She passed by Han touching his arms slightly.

" Hey no need to be agressif princess " he said getting her to turn around and glare at him as they kept on walking and he closed the door to there bedroom

" Listen Han he's small he's a baby and if something happened i would kill you, you do know that right "  she said as she started to undress right in front of him

" eyes up flyboy " she said catching his eyes roaming her body

" you think i can listen when you're undressing in front of me " he said walking closer to her and resting his hands on her hips.

" i don't want something like this to happen again is all I'm saying " she said looking up at him now

" ok, Im sorry its just i was tired " he said kissing her

" ok but next time be more careful " she said wrapping her arms around his neck

" ill be more careful, ill attach him to my chest so he goes everywhere i go " he said as she started laughing

" you silly man " she said as they kissed again.
