I froze. 2 days ago, he said he liked me. Now, he says he loves me. That's a big change. "I love you Kristine, and I can't stand seeing you touch Jeremy like it's a normal thing. Like he's your boyfriend. Kristine, will you be my girlfriend?" His chin was not on my shoulder anymore. He was still hugging me. Do I like him? Do I have a crush on him? I didn't mind him touching my waist. I didn't mind snuggling into him. I didn't mind him hugging me casually. I didn't mind him kissing my hand. Like I don't mind Jeremy touching me too. But do I like him? If I do, does this mean I like Jeremy too?!

"I..." I honestly don't have an answer for him.

"I know this is sudden but can we try?" He released me and turned me to face him, "It might work out. What's more, my mum likes you and she wants to see me have a girlfriend." Yeah. I do like Mrs Davis. I do like being with Jax. I feel comfortable around him. I feel secure being with him. Just try for a month. A month isn't long.

"Ok," I gave him a smile. His eyes lit up and he bent down to kiss me on my lips. My eyes widened but he soon broke the kiss. I gave him a hug and he returned it.

I'm Jax Davis's girlfriend.

"Now what's wrong with you 2?" Axel asked when both of us entered the classroom with our hands interlocked. I didn't want to hold his hand cause I didn't want the whole school to know but Jax insisted and I gave in. We both sat down to face Jeremy and Axel.

Then Axel's eyes widened, "Are you 2, a thing?!" We nodded, a smile forming on both of our faces.

"Fucking shit! Good for you bro! Finally found a girlfriend, a hot girlfriend," Axel gave Jax the boy handshake kind of thing.

"I am not hot Axel," I rolled my eyes. The teacher came into class and we turned around. As usual, Jax needed help to read.

Durinhg recess, Jax took my hand again and the 4 of us went down together. Axel and Jeremy were talking about football so I was left with Jax. "Don't you find it weird? Just holding hands like this in school," I asked Jax who's smile was so big.

"No of course not. This little move," He raised our interlocked hands, "Is nothing, compared to the couples making out everywhere in school."

"Jax! Don't be gross! How do you even know people do that?!" I gasped. He cough laughed and I laughed along. I bought a cup of milk tea and sat down beside Jax and Axel. We were at our usual circular table. I sipped happily on my drink as the boys talked about their Saturdays. We didn't intend to tell Jeremy or Axel about our Saturday. Just then, I spotted Lucas and a few students at a table nearby. Lucas was directly looking at us. Our eyes met and he quickly looked away. Weird.

"Why's he looking at us?" I heard Axel ask. I turn my head back to the boys and realise all of them were turning to look at Lucas's table. Crap. Shouldn't have stared.

"Probably regretting everything he has done cause now I have a great boyfriend and 2 awesome boy friends," I shrugged, smiling a little at what I just said.

"Why are they awesome but I'm just great?" Jax pouted, which I found cute.

"Cause you're my boyfriend," I laughed, squeezing his cheeks. Axel laughed loudly at how I was treating Jax and soon, we were all laughing together and we forgot all about Lucas looking at us.

"So what should we do today?" Jeremy asked, removing his shoes. I sat down and stroked Charlie's soft fur.
