Mike was driving me home. I looked out the window as trees and cars were passing by. " mike thanks for taking me out to the skate park " i said.
" no problem. You know you were really good at it by the way " he said with a smirk.
" thanks. Who were the people though " I ask.
" uh. Some people I know" mike said in a tone as if he was asking for me not to ask any more questions.
" were you really like that" I asked.
" yeah. Still am. But... " he said quietly
" but what "I questioned.
"Never mind " he said grimly
" mike! You can tell me" I said almost shouting.
" eleven it's nothing. That's finale " he said sternly.
" ok..." I say
" well we're here. I have to pick up nance now bye... " mike says.
I don't respond instead I get out of the car and start walking over to the door. I told myself I wouldn't get attached. Am I falling for mike wheeler.
