"here you go all your pokemon are healed up and ready to go" said nurse joy "Steenee steenee" said Steenee "Thanks Nurse Joy and Steenee!" said Matthew. Matthew and his friends were at the pokemon centre healing up his pokemon getting ready for the gym battle. "hey so Aidan you sticking around for Matthew's gym battle?" asked Lily "sure!" replied Aidan Then they walked out of the centre and headed to the gym.

They were outside the gym "wow this doesn't look like a gym it looks like a haunted Castle" said Lily "yeah Creepy" said Tom "oh well..........in we go" Said Matthew pushing Lily and Tom into the gym. "hello I am here to have a gym battle against the gym leader here please" said Matthew to the man at the desk "sure Ally is waiting for you..." he said in a creepy tone "what a weirdo" Whispered Lily to Matthew. Then Behind Matthew and his friends the door to the battlefield opened by itself "what the?" said Tom shivers went down there spines.

"Hey I'm gonna get all my pokemon to watch this battle" said Lily then throwing out all her pokeballs then Lily's pokemon were sitting in the bleachers with then "Booka Bookepei" cheered Bookepei "same" Tom said then Toms Five Pokémon came out and sat there with them "ok then but only one of mine" said Aidan and out came a Greninja "wow do you have a Greninja too?" asked Tom "yeah I do I left the rest of my Pokémon at the league so yeah". Greninja wasn't looking very Happy and it definitely wasn't hugging Aidan like Matthews Greninja. Aidan's Greninja was sitting next to Aidan on the side where there were no other pokemon "what's wrong with your Greninja Aidan?" said Lily "Oh its ok ever since it was a Froakie I found out its nature is Shy so don't worry about it" replied Aidan "o ok" Said lily looking at Greninja.

Then the Gym leader Ally came on to the field but she didn't walk onto it she hovered onto it "woah Psychic powers" said Tom "I read about this Humans who put lots of dedication to finding out there fellings and what they are thinking about can get them psychic powers this process takes about 10-20 years" Replied Lily "wow she looks tough" said Matthew to himself "we are here today to watch Matthew the challenger verse the Aberfeilde city gym leader Ally only three pokemon and only the challenger can substitute" said the Referee "great ok then go Sheb!" said Matthew as he throws out his Pokeball "ok Sheb this is your first time battling with me I'm counting on you to do the best you can ok?" said Matthew to Sheb "Sheb!" roared Sheb with determination

 "Sheb is a fire flying type but as Matthew Said he does know Shadow ball" said Tom "Go Matthew!" cheered Lily from the Bleachers "ok then Go Kadabra" said Ally as the Ball came out of her belt and opened itself "Kadabra!" said Kadabra as it emerged from its Pokeball "ok Sheb use Shadow ball" said Matthew "kadabra use Teleport" said Ally then every time a Shadow ball went to hit Kadabra it would dodge "Now Kadabra use Hypnosis" Said Ally then Sheb was hypnotised by Kadabra "Now Sheb use Fire Blast" Said Ally Then Sheb obeyed Ally then it used Fire Blast on itself knocking it out "Sheb" it said as it fainted on the ground "oh no Sheb" cried Matthew "Sheb is unable to Battle so the first round goes to kadabra" said the referee "you did great out there She take a good rest" said Matthew retrieving Sheb into its Ball.

"Ok go Juplo" said Matthew. Then he throws out his ball and out comes Juplo "Now Juplo use Crunch" ordered Matthew. "Kadabra use Psybeam" said Ally "dodge it and keep using Crunch". Then Juplo jumped into the air dodging the Psybeam and crunches right on kadabra's head "Its super effective!" said Tom. Then Kadabra fainted onto the ground "Kadabra is unable to battle which means that round goes to Juplo" said the referee "Way to go!" Cheered Matthew "Juplo!" cheered Juplo "Booka Bookepei" cheered Bookepei "So your now Matthews no#1 fan are you" Said lily to Bookepei "Kadabra return" Said Ally then Kadabra returned without Ally pulling out her pokeball

"Gothitelle go" Said Ally then out came a human like pokemon "what's that?" asked Matthew then he pulled out his Pokedex "Gothitelle the Astral Body Pokémon They can predict the future from the placement and movement of the stars. They can also see Trainers' life spans with there psychic powers". Said Dexter "huh ok.......easy peasy go Use Night slash" ordered Matthew "Gothitelle use Psywave" demanded Ally. Then a weird wave of Psychic energy was shot at juplo "quick dodge and use Dragon pulse" said Matthew. Then Juplo dodged out of the way and used Dragon pulse it hit Gothitelle "are you still able to Battle?" asked Ally to Gothitelle "Gotha Gothitelle" it said getting back up off the ground "ok use Dragon pulse again" Said Matthew "Use Hypnosis" said Ally then Juplo was being controlled by Ally's Gothitelle "oh no Juplo" cried Matthew "Juplo my darling can you use Air slash" Said Ally Then juplo Slashed at himself and Fainted on the ground "Juplo is unable to battle which means the winner is Gothitelle" said the referee "Juplo return" Said Matthew then juplo got sucked Back into his Ball.

"she keeps using  her hypnosis strategy and I only have 1 pokemon and she has two who do I choose?" thought Matthew "Ok then go Greninja" said Matthew "Greninja!" cried Greninja looking ready to battle "Greninja use Night slash" Said Matthew. "quick dodge it with teleport" said Ally then Every time Greninja slashed at Gothitelle he missed "oh no Greninja is getting tired I need to do something quick" thought Matthew "Ok Greninja use double team and put them all over the field" said Matthew. Then in a split second there were lots and lots of Greninja copies on the field. So every time Gothitelle teleported anywhere she would get slashed. Slash after Slash after Slash then Gothitelle stopped teleporting and Fainted on the ground "Gothitelle is unable to Battle which means that round goes to Greninja" Said the referee "Good job Matthew" cheered Aidan "YAY we did it Greninja" said Matthew. Then all 25 Greninjas go to Matthew and hug him "ok ok settle down ha ha ha that tickels" said Matthew. Aidan looks at Greninja next to him then Aidan puts his arm around his Greninja's shoulder then Greninja looks up at Aidan "You enjoying the battle" asked Aidan "Greninja" it said nodding yes then it looks back at the field.

"ok go Meowstic" said Ally then a Cat Pokémon came onto the field "meow.......stick" it cried "cool ok Greninja.....I mean Greninja's use water shuriken" said Matthew then all the Greninjas jumped in the air and shot Water shuriken at Meowstic "Woah 100 water shuriken are shot at Mewostic" said Aidan (25x14=100). "Meow" it cried as it got hurt Bam it crashed straight onto the ground "That was easy" said Matthew "Yay Matthew" cheered Aidan, Lily , Tom and all their Pokemon "Mewostic is unable to Battle which means the match goes to the challenger Matthew" said the referee "well done Matthew here the Mind Badge" said Ally giving Matthew the Mind badge "Alright I just go a Mind Badge!" said Matthew "That Battle was awesome" said Lily "Yeah totally awesome" said Aidan "Thanks you guys" replied Matthew "The next gym is in Niddrie town" said Ally "ok then shall we get going" said Tom "ok lets go" said Matthew then they walked out of the gym.
