Jack's Point of view
We both stood there in complete silence.
I didn't know what to say.
What can I say?
She'll never understand why I left.
This was definitely a different Elsa.
"I'm sorry," I said looking to the ground suddenly unable to face her.
"Sorry?" she said almost shocked. "Sorry for what? Leaving me? Abandoning me? Betraying me?"
My head shot up out of both instinct and shock.
She takes a step forward, forcing me to face her big, beautiful blue eyes that were filled with either longing or rage.
I don't know which I hoped for.
This was confusing.
I didn't know whether to hug her or take a step back.
"Tell me. What are you sorry for?" She shouted demanding.
I should probably step back.
Most people would take a step back, but most people didn't really know her.
I knew her.
Then I did what I knew she wanted me to do... I hugged her.
She froze... then she hugged me back.
That was all it took to calm her down. Before I knew it her tears were on my shirt. We stood there hugging. Neither one of us backed away. Neither one of us did anything else.
She needed this.
I could tell.
