Jack's point of view

Wait.

What?

How?

"I told you there would be risks if we did this," North said to me.

I didn't really hear him.

I was on my knees before I knew it. I didn't know whether I was relieved that she was alive, or depressed that I might have accidently changed her forever.

"My hair," Elsa said stating the obvious. I was still speechless.

"Bunnymund, why don't you take her back? I need to Jack," said North and everyone did as he said.

Before I knew it the room was empty except for North and I. "Get up, Jack. We need to talk," he said and I did as he said.

We were walking around soon enough, and talking. "I told you this kind of magic was risky. I told what the consequences would be," he said.

"Yes, I know."

"I realise that you must have a million thoughts going through your mind." He said, and he was right. He continued, "I also understand the risk you took in order to save her. I know that by rescuing her you lost what you loved most about her."

Wait, what?

What was he implying that I only loved her because of her magic?

He's crazy.

That is not what I love most about her.

Was it?

Before I left North said, "You truly are a Guardian. Don't worry when you do good, good things happen to you."

I flew back to Arendelle, and on the way I kept thinking of what he said. When I got back, I visited Elsa after hours of talking my self out of it. I saw her hugging Anna and the expression on her sister's face when she saw her.

Was North right?

Was I only in love with Elsa's powers?

"Jack," Elsa said with a smile on her face when she saw me.

I went to her room when Anna left. "Hi beautiful," I said gesturing to her look.

"You really think I'm beautiful?" She asked with a look on her face that I've never seen before.

Did she really wonder if I thought she was beautiful?

"Of course you are. Even with the hair," I choked on the last words. "Besides just because your hair's different doesn't mean you lost your powers."

"Jack, I have something to tell you." She said unable to face me.

"What?"

"I tried to make a snowman with Anna, and I couldn't. I think I lost my powers." She said then finally looked up.

"Oh," I said trying to take in all that she just said.

"Are you going to leave now?" she asked.

"What? Why?" I continued, "do you want me to?"

"Yes." She pointed out the balcony.

So, my feelings didn't change towards her but hers did.

I felt like I did watching over her when her powers got out of control.

She was scared, and I couldn't help her.

I felt scared and helpless.
