After once again cleaning myself up and leaving the bathroom I go to my next class. I have never hated something as much as I hate coming to school and the people that go here. They are all so hell bent on making my life a living hell and I don't understand what I did to any of them. School just passes by without another incident with Chloe. Once the school day finally ended I walked to where the buses were.

"Crick wait up," Tessa yells from across the lunchroom, which we call the commons. She runs up to me as I stop to look at her with wide eyes. "Hey Crick Did you ask your dad whether or not you can come over to my house today?" Tessa asked.

"Not yet I was going to when I get home."

"No just text him now so that we can just catch my bus that goes by my house."

"Ok Tessa calm down," I reply sarcastically with a chuckle as I get my phone out of my coat pocket to text my dad.

Text message:

Me: Hey dad is it okay if I go and hang out with a friend of mine?

Dad: Sure honey have a lot of fun okay.

My dad has always been a pretty laid back kind of guy. He always made sure that I was well when he wasn't away on business trips or at the office. Unfortunately he doesn't notice when Connor bullies me or the fact that I have scars on my arms. I haven't told him because Connor is his biological son and I have this fear that if I do tell him that he won't believe and he will kick me out or give me up.

I come out of my thoughts and respond to Tessa, "He said that I could go to your house."

"YAAAAAYYY," she yells with so much enthusiasm. I belted out a really big laugh because she was waving her arms above her head as she yelled. She looked super crazy. She then proceeds to acting crazy by running up to me and hugging me super tight to the point that I felt like I couldn't breath. "Come on we have to get on the bus that goes near my house since my asshat of a brother refuses to drive me home from school. He is probably getting his dick wet by some dumb broad," she rants to me with a scowl on her face.

"I didn't know that you had a brother," I say to her with curiosity all over my face.

"Yeah he's a douchebag. STay away from him Crick he is very bad news. He's the reason on why we had to move here," she tells me with the first serious face that I have ever seen on her face, even though I just met her today. I just nod my head at her so that she knows that i understand, so that I don't ask her why is he so bad? What did he do?
