Personally I like a guy who touches me distractely, like will be watching a movie and he just kinda drags his fingers over my skin while watching and he doesn't have a motive he's not trying to be sexual or tickle me.  He's just touching your skin and feeling your the shape of your bones under that skin, Luke it's physically comforting for him to know that your right there under his fingertips.
