Lea POV
"That's it. It's done." I said rubbing Greg's hand, he slowly opened his eyes and looked down at his arm and started laughing wiping away the remaining tears.
"You promise ?" Greg asked making Riker and I nod, Henry laughed shaking his head "they promise."
"Hey dude, you said you were going to come to a game and play." Riker said as we went to walk out. Henry rolled his eyes and did a little spin "I work in a hospital, whenever I get time off all I want to do is sleep."
I know that feeling, sometimes I'm working in the main hospital and sometimes I'm working in the children's hospital, I'll get asked to work in the emergency room or I'll be working in the general hospital, my main area is the children's hospital and working with children who have broken arms or actually have something serious with them, you'll get tired.
"Maybe next year i'll come down and see you play and maybe I'll have to show you how it's done." Henry said.
"Oooh that's fighting talk." I said laughing, Henry laughed and winked at me as Riker, Greg and I walked out.
It took us a while to even let Henry go near Greg with a needle, normally they'll do a swap but Henry said it would be better to do a blood sample because you're more than likely to get a perfect match on DNA than you are a swap. What we did was, Riker let Greg sit on his lap and Henry took his blood while Riker looked at Greg as if to say it's nothing, it doesn't hurt. And it worked.
"How about we go get something to eat ?" Riker asked.
Greg nodded and grabbed both Riker and i's hands and started pulling us to the car making us both laugh.
When Liam finally came back around we kept Riker downstairs and I stayed upstairs with Liam, of course there was an argument because he just started on Riker for no reason, he was drunk as usual but with the argument he again walked outside and disappeared.
I wanna know where he goes because his sister can't have him at her house because she already had people sleeping there and I can't really see Liam sleeping in a car or on the streets.
"Guess his hungry." I laughed getting into the car and looked at Grey in the back playing with the Star Wars toy Riker bought him.
Riker's going to have a Star Wars marathon with Greg, I love it that Riker's trying to be there for Greg but he couldn't of chose another movie series ? Like pirates of the Caribbean ? Riker loves that more than he loves anything else in the world.
"Where's my wallet ?" Riker asked looking at me, I shrugged making him raise an eyebrow "Greg guess we won't be able to get any food because your Mom has my wallet." Riker said.
"'Mom ! I'm hungry." Greg said.
"Using my son against me ? You're playing dirty Lynch." I said putting my hand in my back pocket and handed him his wallet.
"Hell yeah I am." Riker laughed and started heading into town.
"You alright bud ?" I asked looking at Greg making him nod as he looked out the window in amazement.
"How comes I've never been here before ?" Greg asked, Riker looked at me and smirked as if to say yeah, why hasn't he ?
"Because Grandma and Grandpa wanted to wait until you were older." I said making Greg nod.
"You know where babies come from ?" Riker asked looking in the rear view mirror, what's he doing ?
"The Mommies tummy." Greg said making Riker nod.
"Yeah, well while you were growing inside your Mom's tummy, she didn't tell anyone and wanted to keep you all to her self but Liam decided to bring you instead." Riker said.
Now his making me sound evil. My parents would of told me to get an abortion and I didn't want that, I wouldn't of done that. My Dad has seemed to relax a lot more and his became more comfortable with Greg so has my Mom but you can still tell they're angry at me and I expect them to be, I hid their grandson for 7 nearly 8 years.
"Mom can Riker be my new Dad ?" Greg asked making Riker step on the breaks a little fast.
"What do you mean ?" I asked looking back at him. I could see Riker getting not nervous but he started getting slightly uncomfortable.
"I like Riker more. Dad just shouts at me and ignores me, Riker actually does fun things with me, he took my surfing and said he'll teach me how to swim, I don't want to go back." Greg said making me laugh.
"Bud we have to go back, our life is there. You have school, I have a job." I said making Greg sigh and sulk.
It's hard having to say that because I know how hard it is for Greg to try talking to us, he struggles talking to Liam a lot and I know his becoming close with Riker and I know we've done the DNA test but there's still a chance his Liam's.
I'm hoping he is Riker's son because of the relationship they've already built, Riker's done more things with Greg in three days than Liam has in 7 years and I know Liam feels annoyed doing anything fatherly with Greg because of the fact there's a chance his Riker's. I told Liam I had sex with Riker and I remember him flipping out so much he said he'll kill him and with Liam he could properly kill someone if he wanted, well anyone could but if Liam got into a fight he wouldn't stop hitting you until he heard your bones crack.
"They have schools and a hospital in Los Angeles." Riker said quietly so Greg couldn't hear.
"I have friends in Manhattan, I can't just pick up everything and leave." I said looking at him.
"You have a family here and you can just pick up everything and leave us." Riker said looking at me from the corner of his eye.
"What was I supposed to do ? Have Sue try making me feel bad ? Have my parents telling me to get an abortion ? Have you and Liam trying to kill each other every time you come into contact ? I didn't want to be forced to choose between you and Liam and you know I would of been made too, you know all Liam cared about was if you were still in the picture and he would of made me choose between you and him and then everyone else would of got involved. I went to Manhattan because they said I would be able to get training at the hospital, I was going to get the training and come back to LA and work in the hospital but then I found out I was pregnant it changed everything." I said making him sigh as we pulled into the parking lot of a restaurant our Mom's and Dad's used to bring us.
"You go find a table and we'll be in, in a second." Riker said getting out of the car. I laughed and hugged Riker "I'm sorry, I just don't like it, I see you then I don't see you for more than a year and now with Greg it makes me want you to stay even longer."
