Crybaby is waiting at the playground, praying he will actually show up. She isn't sure why she is so willing to let him affect her.

He rides up on his bike, And she remembers the skill she taught him long ago. She has her own light pink handlebars gripped tightly.
"H- hi Johnny. Can I show you somewhere?" She can't believe how she is stuttering and how soft her voice sounds.
"Yeah." Johnny says just as softly, his blue eyes sparkling. She can't help but let a blush light up her cheeks.
Crybaby begins riding, Johnny in tow, not knowing where they are going.
He trusts me.
They arrive at the fence of a small, flat roofed building with concrete walls. They stay quiet as she begins climbing up the chainlink fence. Once she is at the top, she swings her legs over and leaps down. A small stinging feeling forms in the back of her thigh, but she ignores it. Moments later Johnny is by her side, questioning nothing.
She beckons him with her by grabbing his hand in hers. She pushes open a partially broken door and they walk up a tall spiral staircase and come out through a door on to the cold and windy roof. "You're bleeding." He mumbles, concerned.
Crybaby looks at her thigh, which, sure enough, has pink blood dripping down it.
"Oh, don't worry. It doesn't really hurt."
He pulls a bandage out of his pocket anyway.
"Hold still." She hears. He ducks and unwraps it. She giggles at his sweet behavior as he gently lays it over the cut.

"All better

"All better." He says , grinning.
"C'mere." They walk over the the edge of the roof and sit down, swinging their legs. It's funny how short Crybaby's are compared to Johnny's.
"Made any new friends?" She asks, trying not to let the silence get too heavy.
"Uh, a few. They are kinda jerks but they're funny."
Crybaby nods at his answer, picking up and acorn and fidgeting with it.
"I need you to know something." Crybaby says, trying to hold her confidence. She doesn't want the psycho back right now. But she needs to talk.
" I want you to have good friends. I want you to have normal ones... but the problem is that the normal kids hate me. So if you were to... I dunno... spend time with me, I don't think you would wanna tell them."
His face looks sad.
"I-ok." He nearly whispers, before laying back onto the concrete. Crybaby does too.
"And another thing."
She says, starting at the overcast sky.
"Yeah?" He mumbles.
"I'm insane." She giggles. She isn't lying. Her mental illnesses is talking now. Not her. She can't control it.
Johnny is quiet for a moment before clasping their hands.
"That's ok."

When Crybaby sneaks home that night, her heart it glowing red and she doesn't even cry when her mother throws a bottle at her door. Her dreams tonight aren't so sweet, however.

She is in a strangely colorful parking lot, and she has a feeling that something bad is about to happen.
Really bad. She is unable to speak. She suddenly notices it. The ice cream truck pulls up. The wolf man steps out. She tries to back away and scream but she can't move. Her whole body is tense and she feels hot tears on her cheeks. He grabs for her and his big wolf teeth and deadly eyes are too close.
