Lost Little Girl

Sometimes I wish I could see the world from another perspective. See the world as it is with its good and bad sides. All I can see are the nightmares that roam this earth, walking on two feet and building castles so tall. I stand before the concrete walls, feeling so small against their power. But maybe if I were the man who sits in the throne, I could see the light this world can hold. Maybe if I weren't some lost little girl, I could see the sun behind the dark clouds once again. Maybe if I could see the light, I wouldn't feel so dark all the time.
