Catch your breathe and just sit around

Turn off your brain; sell the concern
Calm down and recline
Put out the flames and mellow out
Take off the load and realign
Collect yourself and take ten
Rest your weary and weak morale
Lie down on your pillow and curl with the covers
Chill out and find your rationale
