Chapter 5

"Then who are you?" Theo said looking at Daniella.

"Daniella. " she said smiling.

" Don't smile like that." Theo almost begged because she have a very beautiful smile that makes his heart melt even though he should be pissed now.

"You are not the William's daughter? " he asked.

" No. " Daniella answered.

" Then how come you know me?" Theo questioned.

"Excuse me. " Ashley shrill voice interrupted." I am kind of tired. I just came from shopping." she sat down.

Adrian looked between Theo and Daniella then Theo to Ashley.

"Theo and Daniella better." he said loudly to break the awkward silence.

"What? " Ashley asked confused.

" Excuse me, you want to order something?" The waiter interrupted them.

"Yes, I want one Caesar Salad and water." Ashley said.

"Anything else?" The waiter asked.

"Nothing." Adrian answered.

"So, how do you know me?" Theo asked Daniella.

" Well, you asked for it." Daniella said sipping her drink.

"What did I ask?" Theo said confused.

"Nevermind. Well, since I found you now you have to show me California."

"Of course he can."Adrian said.

"I am the one who should be making the decision. " Theo said a little annoyed.

"Who is this girl anyway?" Ashley asked.

"Daniella Collins." she answered too cheerfully.

"Where are you from?" Ashley asked. "Your accent sounds different."

"From somewhere."

Their conversation was interrupted by a blonde girl.

"Daniella, we have to go."

"Okay." Daniella said. "I will see you guys around."

She stood up and went to the counter to pay.

" I am paying." Theo said coming to her.

Daniella smiled. A mysterious smile.

"Next time." she said. "See you around. It was nice meeting you, Theodore."and with that she left the place with the blonde.

Theo went back to his place a little curious as to who she is and how she knows him and why she was looking for him. There were many questions on his head and now he have to wait to get the answers.

"Well-" Ashley started but then Theo stood up.

"I have to go now." Theo stood up.

"What?" Ashley screamed too loudly.

"I have some work. You were late and I have another meeting now." Theo said coldly.

"Do you know who you are speaking to?" Ashley screamed.

"Do whatever you want."
Theo said annoyed. He walked to the counter to ask for the bill.

"Someone else had already paid the bill." The cashier said.

"She did not." Theo muttered.

"Yup, it said paid." The cashier pointed out.

Theo groaned annoyed.

"Now, I owe her."

He was more curious now as to who she is.

"See you Adrian." he said and just nod his head towards an angry Ashley.

"I will just finish my food with this beautiful lady."

Then Theo left the place.

"Is he always this moody?" Ashley asked.

"Always."

"Well, I just came here today to tell him that I already have a boyfriend so I don't want to get betrothed to him or anything."

Adrian choked on his food.

"Wow. " he said later.

" Yeah, that makes it easier for me to explain to my parents. "

" What will you tell them?"

" I am just going to pack my bags and stay in my friend's place for a while first then when they find out I will explain." Ashley said coolly.

" Why did you agree in the first place?"

"Agree about what?"

"Coming here today."

"I was in shopping. They called me and told me that if I don't come here they won't let me enter the house today. I need to enter the house to get my belongings so I came here."

"Isn't it too harsh like not allowing you inside the house?" Adrian said frowning.

"They actually sends me to the relatives who dislikes me."

"Do you want me to drop you off home? Because I kind of have to get going."

"Don't worry, my boyfriend is on his way to pick me up."

"Okay. Then I will get going if you don't mind." Adrian said.

"It was nice meeting you. See you around." Ashley said smiling.

"You too." Adrian said as he stood up and left the place.
