Jason's POV
Having my girls here with a 6 week old baby has been very hectic the last couple days. Kendyl has been getting upset because she isn't getting 100% of our attention lately. Ryan decided this morning to take the girls out for a girls day so I'm home alone with Jaxon. I'm laying on the floor with Jaxon when my phone starts ringing. I sit up and grab my phone off the coffee table and answer it. "Jason, I'm on my way to pick up the girls." Jessica says when I answer. "Alright, I'll call Ryan and tell them to head on home." "Thanks. I'll be there in an hour. See you soon." She states and then quickly hangs up. I send Ryan a text and wait for a reply. She tells me they are drying their nails and then they will be home. I put Jaxon in his swing and start picking up the mess from this morning.

Ryan's POV
I get the girls back to the house and the head upstairs getting everything together for when their mama comes. I'm sitting on the couch feeding Jaxon and Jason is sitting next to me. "I don't think Jessica likes me very much." I say to Jason randomly. "Baby, I don't think she likes much of anyone. Don't take it personally." Jason says with a chuckle. "Just give her your best fake smile and bite your tongue. That's what I do." Before I can say anything else. The girls come downstairs with their bags and it's time to burp Jaxon.

The girls are sitting on the couch holding Jaxon when there is a knock on the door. I leave Jason in there with the girls and I go answer the door. "Hey Jessica, come on in. They are in there holding Jaxon." I say with a smile plastered in my face. She barely even looks at me as she walks past me and towards the living room. I follow her and stop when I see her staring at the girls and Jaxon. "He is beautiful." She says turning to me and giving me a real smile. I simply say thank you and go sit next to Jason. "Alright, it's time to go home." She says to Keeley and Kendyl. Jason grabs the baby and then stands up so he can hug his daughters. We stand out on the porch waving to the girls as they drive away. "Ugh, she's such a bitch." I say turning around and kissing Jason. He just laughs as he returns the kiss and we walk inside.
