Your friend Calum had just gotten home for Christmas and had invited you to hangout with him and his other friends.
You happily agree and he comes by your house to pick you up. While you rode in the car with Calum he said,
"Just to let you know (y/n), these guys are rather rambunctious so they may come on a little strong. They're great guys though"
"I'm sure they are! I can't wait to meet them!" You continued on to ask him a few questions about his band. Within the next 10 minutes, you had arrived at the house.
When Calum walked through the door he called out saying,
"Hey, come meet my friend (y/n)!!"
Within seconds, Michael, Luke, and Ashton cooly came around the corner to meet you.
When you and Ashton first saw each other you both immediately stopped what you were doing and stared for a couple of seconds.
"(Y/n)??!"
"Ashton??!"
You both smiled wide and ran to hug each other. Everyone else was confused as Calum asked,
"You two know each other?"
"Yeah, (y/n) and I dated a couple years ago" Ashton said.
Just two years ago, you and Ashton had fallen hard for each other. Ashton was your first everything. You even lost your virginity to him and he lost his to you so you were very important to each other. When he joined 5sos he broke up with you because he felt he couldn't give you the attention you deserved. By now, your feelings for each other weren't so strong so they were easily suppressed.
"Oh.. Well, I'm glad it's not awkward for you two then! Now, what do you say we all go into the living room and watch a scary movie, yeah?" Calum suggested.
"What are we going to watch?" Luke asked.
"I say Insidious." Michael suggested.
"Any naysayers?" Ashton asked.
Everyone shook their heads and walked to the living room.
They all claimed their seats in recliners, on different sofas, or on the floor. When you walked in, you saw Ashton cuddled up on a couch by himself with a large blanket.
However, as badly as you wanted to cuddle with Ashton, you were still here to hangout with your friend Calum so you cuddled with him on the couch opposite of Ashton.
You loved getting to cuddle with Cal because he was so warm and loved to cuddle just as much as you. He wrapped his arms around you and held you as close to him as possible. As you watched the movie, he would even caress you with his fingertips.
About halfway through the movie, you excused yourself to go to the kitchen and get a drink.
As you stood in the kitchen, Ashton came in and smiled at you.
"Get scared?" He asked sweetly.
You laughed as you said,
"Little bit."
Ashton got a coke from the fridge as he asked,
"Think you can make it through the second one?"
You nodded and said,
"I think I can manage."
Ashton giggled and asked,
"So, uh, how have you been? Seeing anyone new?"
"I've been okay, but no. I'm not seeing anyone. What about you?" You said.
