A week later~

Kari's POV~

As i woke up i see david no where in sight.

I looked up and saw no one.

I got up and went downstairs. This was so unexpected on what i saw downstairs...

My husband was cooking food.

I saw the time and it was about 7am

I had to be sure it was earlier than 8 i let out a breathe of relief.

I thought i was sleeping or late for work. Even thought my work starts at 8:30

I smiled and went up to him. I hugged him from his back and kissed his cheek.

He has been so much better this month, not dealing with any drugs or his boss, he just feels so nice and better, i like him even better!

I liked him before but right now he is much more better.

I was blocked out from the real world in my head I didn't notice him talking.

I stopped hugging him, noticing i was not paying attention to him and i forgot i was still hugging him.

I was so embarrassed cuz he was telling me something and I didn't hear him, he couldn't cut the bread properly with my arms around his arms.

He stopped what he was doing and turned towards me.

He smiled and hugged me.

"Goodmorning sweety" i said

"Goodmorning honey, so how was yesterday?" He asked

I smiled and rolled my eyes playfully

I know he didn't mean anything by that, he was just playing with me.

"Oh I mean by what will happen today" He said. He smirked and winked at me.

See what I mean! He is such better, he was never this playful

He was more of a lazy man, but rough at it, which i don't mind if I do say so myself.

I gave him a kissy face "Oh stop playing!" I playfully slapped his arm.

"Oh you think this is all fun and games...oh well we'll see about that tonight if you think i am being a playful guy" He said with a raised eyebrow and a smirk. I turned red at that statement he said

I started imagining the whole scene when the door bell rang. He got up "I'll get that!" He yelled halfway to the door

I nodded and started to cut the bread.

I looked around and saw jelly and peanut butter.

I chuckled at that, he was never a good cook but he tried, he would only choose this.

I got a better knife and started to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for 3.

When I was done David came back with some mail and a package.

"What did you order?" I asked

"Oh just a new case, well...lots of cases." He said.

"Oh ok..." Just then Stacy came down to greet us.

"Daddy! Your up so early! And hii mommy!" She said so cheerfully

"Goodmorning honey" i said to her

David chuckled "Well your good man can get up early like everyone one else, and hey! Give me some credit, i even made breakfast" He said

Stacy looked at me then at the sandwiches already done, she then looked at him then at my hand, she smiled "ya you sure did"
