He dragged me into the big house. Chiron was in his wheelchair sitting at the table with Mr. D across from him. We greeted them both before Gabriel turned to Chiron. ‘Chiron may we please talk to you.’

‘What are you playing at?’ I hissed to him, too quietly for anyone but him to hear.

‘Just trust me.’ He mouthed back. Chiron followed us outside.

‘What seems to be the problem?’ He asked kindly.

‘We have a favor to ask you. Can Eliana IM her friends. She’s really worried that they’re worried.’ He asked. I looked at him. I was shocked and a bit confused about the whole IM’ing part, but mostly shocked. What was he doing? He could get himself into trouble.

After a few seconds, which felt like hours, Chiron answered. ‘I think it’s allowed for this one time but be careful!’ I let out a breath I didn’t know I had been holding.

‘Thank you.’ I whispered gratefully before Gabriel was dragging me away again. ‘So what’s this IM thing? Is it like Indirect messaging? Are we going to need a computer?’

He laughed. ‘Yeah maybe it’s a bit like that. Only without a computer and you use dra… You know, on second thought. No. It’s nothing like that.’

‘Gee thanks you make everything a lot easier.’ I told him sarcastically.

He rolled his eyes at me. ‘IM’ing stands for Iris Messaging. Like the Goddess Iris, she’s the goddess of rainbows and, well IM’ing.’

‘How does it work?’ I asked him curiously.

He took a golden coin from his pocket. ‘You see this?’ I nodded. ‘This is a golden drachma, it’s the Greek currency. To make an Iris Message. You need a rainbow.’ He told me while kneeling down next to a small rainbow created by the water and sun. ‘oh Iris, Goddess of the Rainbow, accept my offering.’ He said while throwing the coin into the mist. ‘Show me…’ He stopped and looked at me for the answer.

‘Monday and Amy at …school probably.’ After I had spoken the words an image appeared. It was an image of Amy and Monday standing in front of the mirror in the girls toilets at school.

‘I don’t know Monday!’ Amy snapped at the her. ‘One second she was there, and the next second she was gone! Ok?! Don’t you think I’m worried as well?’

‘Can they hear me?’ I whispered to Gabriel, who nodded. ‘Uhm, Girls?’ Two heads whipped my way.

‘El?’ I nodded. ‘Holy Fu…’ Monday was interrupted by a ‘Sonofabitch.’ From Amy.

‘Hi…’

‘WHERE THE HUFFLEPUF ARE YOU?!’ Amy yelled at me, she had a huge Harry Potter obsession.

I looked at Gabriel questioningly, and he motioned for me to go on. ‘What do I have to tell them?’ I whispered.

‘Eliana… Who are you talking to?’

‘Uhm, nobody?’

‘Is that a boy?’

I looked at him, he was. ‘Uhm… No?’

‘Are you lying?’ Monday asked.

‘No?’

‘What the devil is this by the way?’ Amy said pointing to me, or well,  probably the image of me in the mist. Did I mention she’s also addicted to A Very Potter Musical…

‘an IM…’ She looked at me like I was crazy.

‘You also still haven’t told us were you are.’ Monday said.
