I am so terribly sorry if this doesn't work out- but I've tried my very hardest, promise.
Thank you for all your votes, everyone.
Now, I might need 30 votes before I write the next chapter, but if I come out of my writing block before I get that amount, then I will post.
Okay, here we go.
There's This Guy. He Lives In My Room. Oh, Yeah, And He's A Ghost.
Chapter 29
Taylor's POV
I watch as Miles runs towards Finn.
Actually, you can't really call it running; he's going so smoothly it's more like running. I wonder if he was this fast when he was alive.
I shake my head, snapping after it, and follow Miles, who is following Finn.
I slip through the big crowds of people, keeping my eyes on Miles's shiny hair so I don't lose him.
I watch as Miles grabs the back of Finns jacket, jerking off the a side alleyway, away from the group.
I go over, keeping low so Finn can't see me.
I move over so I'm standing in the shadow of the building, just meters away from Finn.
Without wasting time I jerk forward, throwing myself at Finn, reaching for the bag.
Finn staggers back, shocked.
I pull harder on the bag, but Finn seems to have recovered, and I can't yank it from his grasp.
My sweaty fingers slip off the bag, and I fall back, landing on my butt.
Finn backs away, glaring at me.
"No," I whisper. "You can't do this."
"I can," Finn says harshly. "You're the only one here, and you obviously can't stop me." And HE obviously doesn't know that Miles is there.
Right then, Miles leaps forward.
This shocks Finn even more than before- this time he can't even see his attacker.
Finn yanks back on the bag, which causes Miles to go flying forward.
And it's because I'm sitting on my ass in an ally way that I have a perfect view of Miles falling- into Finn.
