Ring! Ring! I look up at my phone to see who was calling, it was my mom. Of course she would be calling me at eight in the morning. "Hello." Kyle said into the phone. "Hi, are you a wake honey?" Kyle's mother asked. No I am not awake and that's why I am able to talk to you Kyle thought. "Yes I am. What do you need?" Kyle asked his mother. "I need you to go to the post office and get the mail." She told him. "Okay." He said. When we got off the phone I went and took a shower. The heat pounding only skin felt amazing. steam fogged up the the mirror. I just stood there so I could think. I decided to get out when all the hot water was gone but I hasn't realized was that when the cold water was hitting my skin it would sizzle. I got out and wiped the mirror and saw that my brown eyes have turned to a warm orange. I backed up and hit the closet door. I took long deep breaths to calm down. after a few minutes my eyes went back to being brown. I got ready and left. The warmth of spring time felt nice. I got to the post office and grabbed the mail. After walking for a while the mail cought fire. I dropped it and stopped on it till the fire went out. I turned and looked in the store window to see that my eyes had turned orange again. I shut my eyes and opened them again to see that they were still orange. I ran as fast as I could to get home, with out anyone seeing me . when I got home I ran strait to the bathroom and into the shower to calm down and think.
