I walked to the bathroom door, where Emily had ran and knocked on the door. "Are you okay?" I asked her through the door. "Yeah, I am fine." she said. I knew that wasn't true I could hear it in her voice. The way it shook was what gave it away. "Are you sure that you are?" I asked again letting her know I could tell she wasn't. I started to hear the muffled sound of sobs through the door. Through her crying she managed to get out "No." I laid my head on the door. I wanted to do something but I can't, the door was locked. "Can I come in." I asked her. The door swung open and I grabbed her. I just held her, letting her cry in my shirt. I moved my hand through her hair trying to help calm her.

She finally got calmed down so I let her go. " I don't understand." she said. I looked at her and said "What don't you understand?" She was still sniffling and her eyes were red from crying. My shirt had a wet mark on it from where she had been crying on me. "Everything. I mean my hair is turning white, my eyes change colors, and everything I tough seems to freeze." she said. When she realized what she said her eyes went wide. I started to laugh. She gave me a look like I had gone crazy. I stopped laughing and said "I know about your eyes and I saw your hair. I didn't know about the freezing thing." She gave me a look of anger and said " Why is that funny?" I let the smile slowly fade. I let my self loose focus for just few seconds, just to get my eyes to change to the warm orange. "It is funny because you aren't the only one. I have the same problem. I just don't freeze thing. I set them on fire and my hair isn't changing." I told her taking her hands into mine. "I knew something was different about you. I saw your eyes change." she said with a smile slowly starting to form on her face. "Now we both know we aren't the only ones and we can help each other through it all." I told her. She nodded reinsuring me.
