Why in almost every book/anime/movie the protagonist is usually a:
1. Brunette or Dirty Blonde
2. ESFJ
3. Dark Past
4. Probably Mary Sue
5. Hella important of course
6. Sentimental
7. Hot
8. More than 1 person like him/her
Why are their plotlines so cliché?
1. Evil Government
2. Wants to experiment on them
3. For the 'greater good'
4. That white evil villain
5. Dressed in white
6. The Asian/non American sidekick
7. That Black victim who gets killed/hurt and inspires the protagonist to avenge him/her
8. The high-end technology for the higher ups while thepthers live in shit
9. Evil Racist Government divides them into their stereotypical group
10. They don't value their parents until they realize how important they were-were as in after they died.
And why are their endings almost all the same? Example:
1. That nice cute kid always gets killed (CHUCK MY CHILD)
2. There is that one bitchy guy with his asshole clique(GALLY)
3. He doesn't go w the idea of the main character(STILL GALLY)
4. There is always that really hot dude who gets used in the end(NEWT MY BAE read Death Cure if u don't know why)
5. The movie ends with a cliffhanger(HUNGER GAMES)
6. Or it ends with a kiss
So yup. Came to me when I read the Hunger Games Trilogy, Percy Jackson Series, Maximum Ride, Divergent and Maze Runner
