(Y/n)'s POV
I walk into the penthouse completely wrecked, all I want to do is sleep, and the worst thing is........I'VE GOT SCHOOL TOMORROW!!!!! EUGHHHHH!!!! I yawn and head for my room,
"Hey (y/n)" I hear someone call my name, I sigh and turn around seeing Wade and Peter,
"Hey woah you ok?" Peter asks,
"Yeah, just a little tired is all" I say and try to stiffen a yawn
"Steve told us what happened with Patrice and all" Wade said looking down, I nod sadly
"Hopefully she gets better soon" Peter says
"Yeah" I say
"Ok well, we'll let you sleep, see you in the morning (y/n)" Peter says and gives me a quick hug and the Wade
"Yeah see ya guys" I say and walk into my room and shut the door, I let out a frustrated sigh and plop myself on my bed, not even bothering to change into my pjs, I slowly let my eyes close and start to drift into a peaceful sleep.............................*RING RING* EUGHHHH!!!!! I groan and answer my phone
"Yes?" I say rudely
"Shit did I wake you up?" I hear Megan ask
"No I just got in, why what's up?"
"It's the Phoenix" I shoot up out of my bed
"What!? what happened Megan?" I ask panicked
"I dunno Logan won't tell me anything, I've no idea were the Professor is and Storm just told me that the Phoenix has gotten stronger and I'm seriously freaking out here!" Megan shouts sounding really uneasy, I dunno what to do......
"Megan I'm coming over"
"WHAT! no way look at the time, and we've got school tomorrow!"
"Fuck school, my friends and family are more important than all that"
"There's no way I'm changing your mind right?"
"Right, I'm on my way" I say and hang up, I get changed into new clothes and run out of my room
"Woah were are you going in such a rush and at this time of the night?" Steve asks standing outside the kitchen
"Megan just called me, it's the Phoenix she's gotten stronger I need to be there Steve" I say hoping he would let me go,
"(Y/n) sweetheart, Patrice has got a team around her to help her, we need to give them space to fix this, because they're the only people who can" he says placing a hand on my shoulder, I know he's right and I agreed to let them do their work, but I've just gotta be there, just, just in case something goes wrong,
"Steve I know, I know I agreed, but I just gotta be there, I mean....what if this is the last time I get to see her" I say tears starting to fill up in my eyes, there's a minute silence but he nods
"But take Wade and Peter with you, I'm bot having you come back here by yourself" I nod and hug him
"Thank you Steve" he rubs my back
"No problem (y/n)"
~Time skip~
Wade Peter and I walk up to the Mansion and knock on the door, soon it opens to reveal Megan and she's been crying, she hugs me and sobs into my shoulder, I rub her back then Logan runs to the door
"What the hell are you guys doing here!?" he asks, anger clear in his tone
"Megan called me and said the Phoenix was getting stronger, we're worried Logan" he sighs and runs a hand through his hair, but gestures us to come in
